What the heck happened? Where's the campaign?
Well, folks, let us be honest. We feel that a post minimum with 45 people floods the forum with unwanted spam - and spammy posts do not contribute to the forum in a meaningful way - in fact nothing about the current way signature campaigns are set up do.
So what's next?
We're in the middle of coming up with a campaign that is more based around the idea of a 'brand ambassador' - i.e., someone that not only plays on BetCoinTM but has fun and has experience with at least one aspect of the site (i.e., Sportsbook players, Poker players, Provably Fair suite players, etc.). For this reason we will be handpicking a few select people to become brand ambassadors and offering them a very healthy commission on top of a normal base pay. To combat spam we are also tightening the rules on the quality of posts.
We do not want to be responsible for thousands of posts flooding the forum to promote our brand - even if that hurts us temporarily.
BetCoinTM was founded because our core team believes in Bitcoin and what it can offer not only to the gambling space but to the financial 'ecosphere' in general. Adding spam posts in the forum that has been the fulcrum of the conversation may be productive for brands, but not to the ideal on which we founded our product.
We want to thank everyone for taking part in what was, in all honesty, a great campaign that drove results. Some of you in particular were regarded highly by Gianluca95 and you may be invited to participate in our next campaign.
