Newbies are still new to the forum and don't have where to wear a signature on their profile so it's impossible to join a campaign since they can't wear a signature. Keep moving gradually you would grow significantly with your account which will enable you join a campaign. For now welcome on board
but a newbie that stays in forum more than years and accumulate activities is not meant to enlist to bounty campaign From my perspective, because the user chances of being creative is absolutely low, so those set of users are people that is supposed to operate on a higher frequency or Dim it fit to grow their account for signature campaign per say.
I agree. But we often saw them sometime to focus primarily on whats need to give their efforts are. I do hope that these newbies find this forum attractive in a sense that they will stay and create activity that focus on discussion rather than doing some bounty campaign and so on. Its not bad to join on it as long as they do their participation on the forum that helps in the progress of more discussion.

Actually there are some who let newbies participate on signature campaign. But for me thats totally useless, since signature campaign purpose is to let advertise on forum using signature design. Niw there is no privilege for that being a newbie, so means they are just wasting time. What if they focus on being a good user here and join those campaign later on if they are eligible enough for that.
You are having a very good and promising start, the bounty campaigns which you are looking for will surely come.
All you have to do is remain focused and committed, then your targets will be achieved.

A few years ago, when ICO projects emerged, many campaigns were recruited to be signed with the minimum criteria of Jr. Members. There may still be some, but not much. But if you mean a signature for Bitcoin payments, it doesn't exist. It has been explained by many friends above. You have to be quite selective if you want to participate in a campaign so as not to waste time and energy. But now in fact the orientation of making money for new members is not quite right. I think new members should learn good forum, Campaign giveaways just as a bonus
To me newbie don't have chance to parcipate in any signature except bounties and to me this platform isn't only about making money to get and Share knowledge which is the best for us.
Hopefully maybe in the future newbies can parcipate in signatures but for now it not possible, to me the more knowledge you have the more you exposed to many things to me everything isn't about money because i know alot join because of that, the fews day's am here i get alot of thing's.

As everybody said, no signature campaigns for newbies are only social media campaigns. Still, I hope you read my post.

1) Learn if you want to earn big here.
I know people nowadays tend to find jobs online but here when it comes to bitcoin discussion or crypto-related topics you must really learn and share what you learn in different forums.
2) Be patient don't give up.
If you are active and you can be a Campaign manager apply and you can get more merits but just be sure you can handle the job well, there you can gain merits because people trust you and you did a good job.
3) Make a routine.
Like when you apply on a social media campaign don't forget to post or rather help people. By posting with effort and helping who knows you can slowly surpass me for I am not good with being a multitasker and I am in college so I don't usually do campaigns often.

Was that really necessary? You repeated exactly what JohnBitCo said in his initial reply to this topic.
If you can't add anything new to the discussion, at least be original and don't repeat what's already been said.

Like what most have already mentioned, newbies cannot participate into bounty/signature campaigns since such accounts cannot wear signatures on their profiles. The lowest ranking eligible to participate into campaign signatures are "Jr. Members" but there seems to be few campaigns that accept such rank due to high transaction fees garnered. That is why, mostly, campaigns accept only "Full Members to Hero/Legendary Ranks" in order to maximize exposure and payments.
If you joined this forum primarily to earn, it is better to change your mindset already. Focus on improving your post quality so that merits would be the one chasing your account.
You can join bounty like social media, blog/content creator, Translation, etc still. A lot of managers take newbie /copper members for their bounty. But I don't suggest you do blog/content and translation creation bounty if you have a skill.
If you see most of the bounty hunters are newbies and thread is filled with so many pages within few time of announcement of that campaign and all the account you checked have been setup purely for this purpose and he can also apply for the same if he wish to do so.This forum is not a marketplace for earning money, But if you have some good skills you can offer here and get paid for your work. If you don't have any skills, Try to develop some skills and after that come here. Hope you will be paid for your skill and good work.
Ofcourse he can get paid for his services but he need to make such threads in the relevant section like services section if he wants to have any or give his own.There are lot of other sections like collectibles wher you or anyone could sell btc or crypto related stuff but with proper rules and regulations on trust.If you talk about skills then you need it everywhere if you want to earn.Like if he is taking about signature campaign then he needs to rank up and make up quality posts on the forum even if he is selected with time and that requires skills and knowledge. Right now there is no signature available for the newbie member. Because most bounty managers like to take Members to rank minimum, I have seen a few bounty managers also take Jr rank for their bounty but it's very rare. So forget about the signature right now. Try to rank up your account with quality posts. Before making any post read more and more. It will be helpful for you to make posts in this forum.You can join bounty like social media, blog/content creator, Translation, etc still. As usual i would suggest you to give some time and first all make some constructive post and indulge yourself in good contribution on the forum rather than seeking for campaign on the forum.You should now work for your rank up and merit gaining which could help you a lot.What are the options for the newbies here on the forum ?
Now to answer your question you have gained 2 merits from the sources and you only need to have atleast 30 activity to reach junior rank but most of the campaign at this time allow full members slot only if you look at most of the legit ones and junior slots are very less so try to reach full member slot at least.

You should aim high and reflect the same in your post that you don't need to ask for such things but your first goal should be exchanging knowledge and learning from others at best place(Bitcointalk forum) and slowly you will get a chance to earn also if you are passionate and dedicated for it but contribution should be our main goal.
i think the best bounty for newbie is social media twitter and facebook or if you bigchannel on youtube or like making article is good too join one of it
Try to get at least 2 merits to get you in a junior account,
To become a Jr. member, it is necessary to earn at least 1 merit, not 2 merits. And OP has already achieved 2 merits. But still he is newbie. He needs 30 activity to become a Jr. member and he has to wait a few more days to achieve it. 
Newbie still cannot join into a bounty campaigns try to earn some merit to wear a signature, i guess its another member just want to earn with the bounties, if you have a chance try better ranks that gives more reward if you focus on this bounty spam its not a good thing.

Yes, there are mostly two types on Newbies on the forum. One who are only looking to work in bounty and don't post anywhere else and the other one like OP who is looking to learn something or participating in discussions.

Quite a track for bounty hunting, with cero added value towards the forum itself, but at least all his posts are self-contained on Altcoin Bounty threads. We could actually find grandfathered active Legendary accounts with the similar bounty hunting patterns. It’s their prerogative, although from a discussion and learning point of view, they don’t really follow a path to emulate.
