If it's really needed but i'm not an anonymous guy, i'm known in French bitcoin community IRL, i wouldn't risk my reputation for that amount of BTC.
I had helped to translate the shadow project before, the project seems pretty cool and it impressed me, how the project progress? 
Shadow is an anonymous coin since december, it's still the first POS coin to have anon tech
It use ring signatures (somehow like CryptoNote) for this.
Next is the rework on Mobile Applications, for Android & iOS.
After that it will be ShadowMarket, an in-wallet anonymous market. It might be something really big

I can't really see the point of an "Official Launch", given that there is already enough information in the first post so that someone could already be working on it.
But as I will add more information today, "Official Launch" would be at 6PM UTC (when i will add it)
