It's a waste of energy trying to educate a critic about a thing, they have idea of it and that's why they criticize it for they have stuck to their guns on not buying in the idea and they feel the best thing to do about it is to critically bombard it with criticisms left and right.
It's best to direct such energy to those that wants to be part of the idea and allow the idea beat the test of time and all criticisms will fade away lacking weight just like in the case of the internet.

You dont need to educate people who are just ptetending not to know what they are doing or telling other people. Lies can be made easily but we know the truth. They can fud or tell anyone about the facts about bitcoin but we knew the real facts as well. These people deceit are usually blinded by money circulating with crypto and the hypes around it. I wouldnt stress with these people cause for them your words are nothing and they only believe themselves.

I know silence is golden, but there are so many times it's good to talk so that people will know your mind,or so that people can learn or correct their wrong ways.in our society today, people who are silent most if the time are termed stupid because it seems as if they see what is wrong and keep quite.Ofcourse if you look at it critically, you will also think they are foolish when the chance arises for them to talk and, they choose to be quite, and in most cases today, when you are being acused of something and you are quite,it simply means that you are guilty of the accusation, therefore, it is sometimes good to talk.

AFAIK, not everyone will stand to support you in what you do... matterless of the fact that it's pretty obvious that you're gonna sail through successfully on that. Some peeps might even get to join you on that and go as far as investing in it, but would never rely/believe in the process -- just like the cases we're having today...
Alot of investors that tried to plung nakumuto's golden idea away are majorly the bulls in today's market.  Some even get to build ideas from AI, analytical softwares etc. Sometimes, it's good to defend the project cus people are gullible.

Silence makes no mistake, and it's wrong to think that everyone knows what they're doing. The list of influential people you made on this thread, despite being the financial intellectually brights, they are not expected to know it all. Their responses to cryptocurrency proves this claim, and they are not comfortable to see a unique system, that doesn't follow their method of getting rich, which made people super rich. Sometimes when you read their books it's more about compound interest, buying shares and investing in stocks. Cryptocurrency, sidelined all these advise from Warren Buffet, which can be a part of his anger towards cryptocurrency. He missed the opportunity and he sees it as a shame to come back and acknowledge the currency as a good investment. The likes of Michael Saylor was once skeptical about cryptocurrency, today he is enjoying the technology, because he accepted his mistake and invested into cryptocurrency. So, only a few would take responsibility and such people are under your list. That's why it's not proper to argue with them. The product is quality and doesn't need a debate to convince people.

Should it bother you that haters must yap? Ion think I'm gon be bothered about such hate speech from Jamie Dimon and his pack of Bitcoin bullies because honestly, it don't count. Its not a hidden fact that he's not so supportive of Bitcoin, but he has gone behind to encourage most of his clients to add Bitcoin exposure to their portfolios. Isn't that a clear representation of confusion on his path??
Silence is truely golden, because trying to prove why bitcoin is preferred to fiat to this stuffed old diddies is an entire waste of time since you can't change the mentality of someone who's set in his ways.

Speaking up means been knowledgable about Bitcoin first. To counter a miss information from a person of high influence take Warren Buffet for example will mean doing so much research and gathering informations that will help withstand questions that will be thrown in the cause of enlightenment and corrections of misconceptions.

If they really want education, then they have all the time and money in the world to gain that knowledge. It's just the fact that they're heavily biased due to Bitcoin being mostly a conflict of interest to them.

That, or the fact that they can't just grasp some of Bitcoin's concepts because they're living fossils.

There are two things going here

First, these guys know they were giving fake or incomplete info when they expressed their 'expert' opinion about the Bitcoin, they may know more about the value of the tech and its possibilities than 99% of bitcoiners

On the other hand, while they rationaly know what BTC truly is they still 'feel' it as an investment more among several others, they are like medieval bowmen looking at the first guns and saying 'nice, but my old bow is more elegant and doesn't smell'

Silence is gold lies with people who often talk nonsense. Comparing silence is gold with people like that is very imprecise, they prefer arguments to make someone fixate on what they have to say. Let them say whatever they like, you don't have to listen. Set goals without caring about what other people say, all you need to do is manage money well.

there must be people who criticize, and don't think about it too much because the important thing is to do whatever we want, because we live our own lives. if bitcoin in our opinion is the best, why bother. thinking about people.

the proof is now bitcoin is proving itself to be a valuable asset.

Silence is always a very golden asset especially when there is an arguement between two persons,we always see the person's that donot talk too much as the person that is more enlightened. And one thing I have known about being silent is that the moment you keep calm, the next party will be very careful of you, because he knows that you keeping silence does not mean that you are stupid,it only means that you don't want to talk too much.It also implies that you are thinking of the next action to take.

it should be immediately enlightened and the right direction.
silence is gold doesn't mean you have to keep silent when there are people who badmouth something that we really admire and appreciate.
it must be justified, maybe they don't study bitcoin and crypto as a whole, and they just talk nonsense.

Silence is always golden. These critics have described bitcoin supporters as having the characteristics of members of a cult group. Looking at the profiles of these critics, it is clear that they are experts in their field and people whose opinions are required. I just think that they have to say something bad about bitcoin and crypto so that their businesses do not suffer. In short, they do it for selfish reasons.

I'm sticking to the side of "silence is golden." You don't have to respond to these people. In the first place, they're talking nonsense. They're actually doing nothing against Bitcoin. They're only showing their ignorance and bias. So why dignify their hatred or biased opinion?

I better stay silent and stack Sats. I may speak in favor of Bitcoin, but not in response to their criticisms. I may respond to objective and valid comments against Bitcoin in front of friends, loved ones, and others, but only if brought forward in a fair manner.

If it seems they're always against Bitcoin whatever happens; if it is clear they're deaf to reason and facts and data, silence is indeed golden.

Interesting thinking OP.
I think it's actually quite normal and logical when something new appears, that there will always be two sides, those who support and those who are against, each with their own arguments.
It's the same thing with crypto. For some crypto has no value and for some crypto is everything.
I agree, education and conversations are important, but regardless some people will never give up their thoughts on a cryptocurrency that has no value to them.
Trying to talk to them is actually an unnecessary waste of time and energy and I don't recommend it.
I think it is important that the media present credible and accurate information about crypto so that average people can understand what crypto is and in the end everyone will draw their own conclusions, for and against crypto, and that is completely normal.
Expecting everyone to accept crypto is unrealistic and will never happen.
The crypto community should definitely be active in crypto promotion, but I think a much more effective strategy is to focus on educational institutions and the media.

All those people mentioned by the OP expressed their opinion about Bitcoin and they have the right to it, but I think that the Bitcoin community did not remain silent on their opinion and that Dimon even at one point apologized and changed his opinion about Bitcoin. Although it is completely unrealistic to expect dinosaurs like Buffett or Munger to do the same because their minds think completely differently.

As for the saying itself, sometimes silence is golden, especially for those who talk nonsense, but also in cases when it becomes senseless to repeat the same things to people who do not want or cannot understand what we are saying. Life's too short for anyone to spend it convincing some old fart on the other side of the world that Bitcoin isn't what he thinks it is.

I agree that it is important to speak up and educate others about the potential benefits of bitcoin, especially in the face of criticism. It is also important to approach the conversation with empathy and not anger. Empathy is a valuable quality that often gets overlooked in today's society, as people tend to jump to conclusions without considering another person's perspective. However, it is also important to remember that criticism can be valuable, so before you start an argument with a skeptic or someone who has misconceptions about bitcoin, make sure to consider different perspectives and be open to constructive feedback. So if you see a post or hear a comment that contains misinformation, do not hesitate to jump in and correct it. Just make sure that your corrections are accurate and relevant; otherwise people will think you are just trying to push your own agenda onto them.

But do you really think Bitcoin is perceived as poison, fraud or scam by Dimion or Buffet?

They have access to information we will never have access to.  One call away from knowing anything about any subject.

So when a billionaire or very influential figure starts talking spewing negativity about Bitcoin, I wonder if that is their ego speaking or there is another plan behind.

No need for conspiracies here.  A plan can be anything.  What if they want to influence the Market a little bit.  They may be behind with this Bitcoin technology stuff and they want to catch up.  And more.

Do not take it all for granted.  A LOT of articles you read have been paid by some body to be posted.  A LOT of articles are published with a reason.
