Normal there is block with 100 coins in it ? 219383 for example

Just setup some computers to solo mining - it's much more profitable now than any masternodes:)
After 1-2 mH/sec of the network, solo mining will be too complicated for weak CPUs

why do you think you need it?I think that it is masternode - an additional source of passive earnings for me.
