there is nothing wrong with copying stakes because there are many new gambling sites that do that (copy UI, UX and systems against old gambling sites that already have a reputation)

the important thing that actually has to be done by the development team from this site is promotion, because it really has a big impact on the branding of a gambling site

Do you simply approve the VIP membership based on NFT owned by each user?

AFAIK, their VIP system is simply identified by NFT, and does not take into account the user's betting record. The level of the NFT determines the VIP level, and if the NFT is traded to someone else, the VIP status is transferred as well. If you manage to upgrade the NFT to the highest level, you can directly exchange it for $70K, but the difficulty of achieving it is also evident.

Not many gambling site has an NFT involvement even up to this point where NFT's aren't a new thing anymore so it's great to see a number of them arising. This a cool way to use NFT than merely for collecting and displaying purposes only. At least they have found a utility now and maybe many people won't bash them heavily anymore. This was also my first time to hear that a VIP membership can be transferred to the other player.

I think that was a pretty cool feature as well. Useful if one is going to retire from gambling and he don't want his account go to waste. Usually, VIP can be earned when one wagers so yes they should check the users history of gambling if he is active before the VIP membership will be awarded.

As you could see that "soon" is right next to it, and the same is for poker. I am more of a slot player as well, but I guess we need to wait for slots. I can't say I expect some amazing poker if they just copy/paste some script (nitro, sportsbet, and other similar examples) I believe there will be no players at all.
