Thats the difference in slot games for me, I've hit 250x wins on slots and I'll never get this with dice as its presented as far more precise a game and I've not the guts to ever think I can win those kind of odds. Poker sure thats a good one and I played it a bit more recently. Slots just put you into the bigger bets automatically but does give you enough control and feedback I think to play the game or streak of wins that might happen.
Confidence counts considerably and I never get as much get into dice enough to have confidence to play that just the right way and know the feel for when a win can happen and when to leave the table, if the player sabotages their own luck somehow then they better stick to what they know and play the game that pays best for them. In any case I dont want to play games like a robot always playing the perfect hand with no personal choice, does not appear as much fun tbh.

All people who bet have the desire to make a profit or win a bet and on average they never think they will lose money when they start betting. Conscious or not, I have the same experience in gambling. I bet to win bet and it is very rare for me to think that I will lose money when my bet fails. I just think that we all have a chance to win the bet, its just that we still need to try your luck with a few simple trick or techniques.

Dice or slot are two games that rely on luck, although player can still increase their chances of winning with a few tricks. But which game is the best, it depend on the players way and preferences. Not to blame the house edge , but the fact that endless gambling will only add to the increasingly complex economic burden.

I do agree that most slots machine are on the front door, it's like the first thing that you will notice inside a casino.

It's true that slots have an edge over dice when it comes to winning, but the weird truth is, slots need more luck than anything on the table out there for you to hit those big numbers and win an awesome amount. I played one game a few days back but didn't hit more than 40x and after that, I lost even that 40x due to just betting it continuously and not winning/winning 1/3rd mostly for the exact amount of spins.

so sometimes they'll play dice, sometimes they'll play slots.

absolutes are always hard to say, because of how things changes.

It actually depends in our mood into that specific period of time.Just like my gambling behavior on where slots becoming a boring game then i do switch up to dice

and when i become bored on dice game then thats the time i do consider on making some sports bet and then later on i do play some e-sports games

which i can say that it will really be different in case to case basis but all matters on how you done up things.

You might be right purely on the maths but why does it feel like I will have far better luck with slots if I can come up with a reasonable method to play that game. Dice to me is a bit too clinical rather then being just a game, I think I really have to be throwing those dice myself in person and I dont like the virtual aspect for this game where as slots is just fine. Even in person you are going to be playing the software, so I think this translates better online at distance then dice which is more physical in its game or I have to get the weight of the dice in my hand to be part of that game.
The problem is with my attitude most likely, I'm far more likely to give up on a set of dice games or get bored or just stop believing I can win after some losses. Slots works out better for some people so long as they are more comfortable with playing it.

Casino players love to play both the games but one more than other depends on the situations.If someone is winning more in dice then their favorite game will be dice because they feel dice gives more opportunity to win for anyone which same goes to slots as well irrespective of the payout structure.I would say both are somewhat same kind of expereince while playing online so just play what you love to do.

I agree but I want to add a few points which might favor dice actually.

1- Slots are mostly live dealer and you have no idea what house edge you are working against and if even those slots are legit or not.

2- Even with provably fair and non-live slots there is usually a larger house edge as compared to dice, for example if I remember right stake operates at 2.93% house edge on slots while only 1% for dice which means after making 1000 bets you are expected to loose more on slots than on dice.

But that said, I agree that certain games are more fun and that is the idea behind creating so many games and why they even exist is because some people love slots.

So far I much prefer slots for the amount of luck it seems to pay back, its a dangerous mindset but feels like if you lose 10 rounds of a slot you will get a good chance for it pay you back on a future win so its not lost its just in the bank for that win. Clearly they got to make a profit on the games but I much prefer slots to dice right now, way more entertaining imo and tons of variety in the game types.
