Bitcoins and Gold have their own pros and cons. But honestly, in terms of function, gold is a total winner here. Gold can be used on electronics and it can be mixed with different metals to produce a more conductive material. Bitcoins, in terms of value and money transfer freedom, bitcoins are the clear winner.

However gold is risk free and safer than bitcoin in long time investment. But in short time investment, bitcoin is more and more profitable than gold. Also bitcoin is easier and safer than gold to bear and transfer on place to another. By comparing all site, I think bitcoin is better than gold.

At first I was thinking that Gold definitely is better but now i am starting to think differently.

In essence gold and BTC are very similar they are means to invest and deposit your money independent of fiat money and possibly gain value over time.
They both are in limited supply are not practical to use in everyday life. There has been calculated that there is more gold sold than there is ever mined thus i am starting to think that btc is better option.

We can't easily say in which of the two is better. There are a lot of aspects to be compared between the two. Right now, all the hype is with bitcoin. Everybody is interested with what bitcoin has to offer. People who wants easy money, usually goes to bitcoin. Trading gold is a bit complicated and takes a lot of time to increase its value that's why a few people are getting into it.

I see even now many people buy btc and less importance is given to gold nowadays. Still I also see a set of people who are still interested in gold considering a valuable metal and asset as well. Bitcoin growth is damn high compared to gold and gold moves steadily considering the dollar growth as both are inter linked. I will buy less btc and more gold as in my country gold is regulated, that's the only reason.

From the current market condition, it can be said that Bitcoin is better than gold. Because the price of gold has fallen in the last few days, on the other hand, thinking about Bitcoin, it can be seen that its price has dropped considerably. I think yes it is, Bitcoin offers a bigger potentials thsn Gold, in Bitcoin the progress of getting a higher amount of profit can be done in short period of time,unlike gold you have to process it in several materials before you can come up with a better profit, this is just my opinion, I didnt aim to hurt or offend someone.

no, bitcoin is not better than gold, gold is a valuable metal which is accepted by equally world wide.on the otherhands bitcoin is virtual money which is not accepted all over the world but in time being bitcoin familiarity spreading widely.

for me bitcoin is better than gold. i like bitcoin because of many reasons as i like the nature of bitcoin i like the online nature of bitcoin. through this now i can buy online games and other shopping i feel comfortable to have bitcoin and if we look at the business point of view the profit margin in gold is less as compared with bitcoin. i like bitcoin because it is better than gold for me. the one thing which lead gold over bitcoin is the universally acceptance of this and bitcoin is not acceptable in every market.

I disagree, gold may be a better store of value and a better choice if what you are looking for is a safe way to keep your savings but when it comes to being an investment there is no doubt that bitcoin is better since it can give you a lot more profits in a very short time.

In my own opinion bitcoin is better than gold since bitcoin will provide you more and high assurance that your money is in the good hands and secured that you will get it in future.
Bitcoin provides you a yield of interest which will accumulate a huge amount of ROI in just short period of time.
