I think this early hype on LIBRA has to stop!. How would compare LIBRA that came yesterday with BITCOIN that is considered as the king of Cryptocurrency?, it's very wrong.
It's actually Libra not Lybra, you can correct the title, otherwise it's a different coin.
For me, it's not too early since we already have an idea on how Libra will work, AFAIK, they release their white paper only, so that's our basis in comparing.

Yes it is too early to compare Libra with Bitcoin. Both of the coins are different in nature. Libra is a digital currency designed by Facebook in order to facilitate its users transact through Facebook and its other entities. It will be highly regulated so as to stop its speculation. Likewise, it will obviously give attention to fluctuation of the coin unlike bitcoin and altcoins.
Well, bitcoin is a well-established coin, so you can't compare it with Libra. The facebook coin is not yet in the market so we can't say how it would do in future.

I agree, it is not balanced compared to Libra coin with bitcoin. Bitcoin is decentralized cryptocurrency that is supported by miners and also communities without fundraising or ICO. While Libra Coin is supported by large companies and collects funds from investors. I'm sure in the end bitcoin is the winner
Although libra coin has a good.capability and features, doean't mean it is comparable to bitcoin or it can replace bitcoin, and it is early to say that it can surpass or whatever they say because bitcoin now is showing more productivity, besides it is the very huge price in the market that no other altcoins can be, and will always be the king of crypto.
If I try to make a comparison between BTC and what Facebook say they are offering, then I can't really see many similarities. They both use blockchain, but really that's about it. I think there is zero chance of Facebook's coin replacing bitcoin.

Or you can compare with different stablecoins, as their value is tied to fiat assets and securities. Libra will have the same low volatility.
But not so many countries are liking libra too. It will come next years.

Not too early because you might better to compare Libra to USDT instead of Bitcoin because bitcoin is not a stable coin and Libra is not a decentralized coin either.

It is just another online payments system and nothing more. Why compare such a coin with bitcoin? This is just stupid.
Both very very early to compare them and also not even needed. I mean if you want to compare them both on strength and how successful they will be then it is very early since libra is not even out yet but only the idea and the project is out, its like comparing it to 2008 bitcoin and even that is not properly compared since bitcoin was the first one to exist in cryptocurrency and created this whole market whereas libra is coming to an already decade old crypto world.
On the other hand you do not even have to compared them both because bitcoin is bitcoin and it has a cryptocurrency support behind it whereas libra is facebook coin which makes it centralized at the very least and there is probably a lot more differences as well, that is why I honestly think that there is no comparison between them.

Cheers! Libra is made of cooperation's who are currently controlling the electronic payment systems + others with already large social impact.
Most notable are VISA and PayPal who are protecting their positions with this project. Libra seems to use block-chain only to drive attention, tit will be backed by fiat and will be stable currency. In addition as far as I understand there will be no decentralization what so ever.
Guys, stop spreading the fomo about Libra before researching what it actually is.
