This is one of the reason that crypto is lagging. i think it will continue to under perform because of excessive supply of crypto currencies. Because of a lot of crypto currencies the good ones are also in shadow. well we will see what future holds.

Bitcoin is always a first choice of 99% of the crypto users but you should also be trading in other crypto currencies which are doing good and their trading volume is also high so that you can trade in them and increase you bitcoin quantity. Like if you have 0.1 btc then if you properly trade in this altcoins which are having high volume trade then you can increase your bitcoin investment from 0.1 to some 10 to 20% of more every day or week as per your trading stats.

Soon there will be another alternative coins will come, however it's good to choose those coins that more accessible and easy to use and more benefits. Everywhere have a risk a if you willing to earn profits you need to take the risk.

Just think about it when cryptocurrency is increasing it is good to increase also the exchange because this will avoid the congestion of transaction in a certain exchange, and if we only have few exchanges then they can also manipulate the market, more choices also the better.

Yes, there are really lots of cryptocurrencies around us but each altcoin has it's own platform. We must just focus on what is the best and profitable coin. It's a positive thing because cryptocurrencies these days are making and building a strong foundation for us to have an assurance that it would reach better in the future.
more than 1624 cryptocurrencies, and dont forget about a bunch of crypto projects that still on ICO and development. however, more than half of them only focusing theirself to become the next bitcoin. they just want their token or coin has high value to people.
I do not think it necessary to make rules about the issue, let the competition determine the quality of a currency. we have the same rights here, but they should really give the best for their currency to get many investors.
I quite agree with you. Competition is the driving force for any marketplace and cryptomarket is not an exeption. So free competition is exactly what cryptomarket need.

If there are so many cryptocurrencies that are being released by different ico's then it only means that the business for bitcoins is keep on growing and people are starting to accept cryptocurrency as well as other countries.
This is totally ok if we were just compared this amount of currencies with world cash-amount of currencies, but only few of them are really matter just like in the world. It is very obvious, that they cannot make a difference.
What?! I thought then they are 1300. But anyway have the situation will keep the same soon they would be 10000 of those, and bitcoin would be still the first one.

Personally i only invest in altcoins that are popular and proven and tested by my friends. I have heard cases of many new altcoins that are scam and people are victimized because they were not careful enough. With so many cryptocurrencies in the market Without regulations I feel there should be some body to legalize only a few , since its not like the more the merrier!

in fact many of the listed coins are worthless and some of them remain inactive for a very long time, yet look They are worth to be removed to create a space for better and tangible competition into the future and also to avoid new and inexperienced investors to enter their money in a project that ended so briefly, only wasted time in vain for invectors.
We have to fix this because i am sure this situation is harming bitcoin but what can we do and how can we stop useless currencies ? This is an important problem .
I believe that in future there will bo not many left and the only ones who will be in the market are the ones that will have a working product and provide something to the society by solving a real problem.
