Yes and yes. I don't really follow any of the ANN threads but based on the number of bounty hunter signatures I see, I'm very aware that there are many projects out there. And yet in real life I haven't seen any such project make any impact on anything whatsoever, so my conclusion is the same as yours...most, if not all, of these projects are done so that the devs can enrich themselves. Unfortunately that's always at the expense of investors and often the bounty hunters as well.

I agree with you, there aren't many new projects out there that are truly legitimate and have good potential for investors and prize hunters. But in my opinion, now investors have begun to be smart in choosing their investments. Many ICO sales ended in failure and the project decided to stop. In my opinion this is the impact of the lack of investor interest in putting money into new ICO projects, so that now IEO has become the main goal of investors. Even then, if IEO looks good and convincing. ~Cut
