People are getting desperate to get some extra money so what they dream at night they apply at day and then start a new project. I personally haven't saw a good project in q2,q3 or q4 of 2019 that promised something unique for the crypto users or even for blockchain so just stay away from new projects and focus your energy , time and money to search , understand and make good investments in projects that are actually deliver something.
No one can tell you a GOOD projects for good ...just look at top 20 if you want solid projects.

Many IEO projects are good recently, one of them is KAVA, it reached it's success after they held an IEO in binance, even almost all binance IEO is a success but this coin project is the one of the best and profitable coin that held by binance.
This coin has close partnership with ripple and i'm sure it's a good project and still worth to buy even the price is already ten fold compared to it's IEO price.

You did not specify if those new projects are those already in the market or those just holding an ICO, if you mean ICO there's really that many projects now in the ICO because investors have stopped investing in ICO.

I think every project is good if it has a new and usable concept and idea. There are many projects that have unique concept, but they are lagging behind due to various reasons. One of the main reasons is hype. Hype is taking place in the crypto market so much that even a shit token has risen in price. So to me, projects have to have good concept and they should be usable.
mostly yes, they make good news so investors are interested. so that when their ICO can be successful. so far I have not found the best ICO. even worse. I analyzed the ICO project several times, with good news, good price estimates. but in reality they are listing in a small market, and the prices are very bad. 99percents of projects on ANN threads are to be watched carefully, to me they are useless projects and they are to be avoided at all cost, what they are introducing are things that some old scam projects have done to scam people, if you watch them closely you will get some clues of what i am talking about
