I think he already used that money to play again and lost. So sad to read it. There is a lesson from this story. Self control is very important not only when we did gamble, but when we faced a technical problem, we have to keep patient and don't let such problem gives a big impact to our games. Try to fix the problem first before we decide to play another games.

Yes seems the match already finished. I guess we can learn something from this, the first when you doubt for gambling, better you do not force yourself to gamble because everything begins with doubt will ended with disaster and also when you doubt on something never put huge money or you will regret.
They are stealing funds and not paying their players when they win coming up with everything possible outside of the law of their license to not pay them their winnings. This in itself is not right!
They are out of the U.K I have valid reason to believe this but their casino(s) are registered in Cuaco where they think just having them licensed their they are safe from the law and where they think nobody can touch them when stealing from their customers. This is embezzling funds which is illegal in any part of the world under all legal jurisdictions no matter where they think they are protected in where operating out of.

Lol what? did you deposit fiat or tried to withdrawal fiat? or was it all pure bitcoin? this isn't a new thing and not only gambling services but eobot(cloud mining scam) did the same thing with my brother, after a few month of mining they blocked his account and said sorry you are not verified so you wont get any coins.
When fiat money is not involved anyone telling you to provide ID for withdrawing bitcoin is just trying to scam you and you should know this already.
If you can send credits to other users then better try that sending to your alt but if they are doing this with all players then no use in doing that and this will be the end of their business.
Yes it seems that they pulled what happened on the Eobot scam.
They have no right for asking for ID to prove anything when it is to with bitcoins. People are anonoymous using it and want to stay that way. Even when I did send it they denied to send me the bitcoins which pissed me right off. Directbet.eu does not involve themselves in asking for ID when making and settling your bets so what makes them think and all the other casinos dealing with bitcoins think they have the right to ask for this before allowing a withdrawal of any amount!? That makes absolutely no sense to anyone with a brain in their head!
Screw these guys and their f*cked up casino.
They will have their casino and their connection to the other ones they own audited and sued for embezzlement soon enough.  I swear that will happen the way they think they can get away with stealing bitcoins from people this way.
I have no worry on that from happening.

it was a good win. sometimes taking a risk is in need, but you have to accept all that is likely to happen to you if you fail. however, win the game it was really very good. perhaps at this moment you have to be quiet, because if you try to do the same thing, and then fails, all your pleasures will be lost.
Feelings regarding on this scenario of winning would be really great and most gamblers already experienced this thing. Regarding on the situation if you do have the balls to make another bet with 1 bitcoin then you should do it as if you know the risk if you will failed and about the problem of no response from the support on the site seems too suspicious for me.

Taking a major bet with one whole BTC with funds that are not available for me to use anyways. Undecided

So my question is: Should I do it and take the risk? Since it the sportsbook site is not allowing me to to withdraw my winnings on their site for the last 12 hours with no response from them when I have tried to contact them all day today.
how do i print screen

This would be a big thing if it did win and this would definitely not count in my favor if it did actually win.
But I have been taking high risk bets since they told me I could not withdraw and have made 0.5btc into 1.15btc since.

i think it is up to you sir because only you that can manage your bitcoin but i only can give suggestion that maybe you don't have to use 1 bitcoin to make a bets, but maybe you can do with less amount for example 0.5 bitcoin or less from that. but if you are really sure for the games, then go ahead with high bets.

Go all in man, there's no rush better then the feeling of going all in and winning! Best feeling in the world.

Oh, man. I'm really sorry that you are thinking that way, because it's so typical for a gambling addict. I hope you were joking though.

What I really can't understand in the OP is why it was impossible to withdraw the winnings? The OP is saying of this like it was predetermined, but why?

if i have 1 bitcoin, i think i don't want to go all in but i will only use half or small part for make a bet because i am to afraid to see if somehow i only get loss. i think its because i don't have much of bitcoin so i don't think its good for me to directly get loss with 1 bitcoin. but its depend on what OP want and i only can say good luck with your bet and i hope the OP can win the games.
to me even 1 bitcoin is a big amount to invest in gambling, that is really out of my budget, i think it more that my one month gambling budget. gambling is a risky game for every one either he has good experience in gambling or fresh and new. although the one has a little advantage of previous experience but still no one can for sure that he will win in gambling.

I also would not put that amount of money into gambling. I think gambling can be a good way to have fun, and maybe make some money. However, I'm not in a hurry, so holding Bitcoin seems to be a better way to make a profit in the crypto space, and the level of risk is acceptable, in my opinion.
This is something that depends on each one, there are people who have lots of money, so it may not be a big problem for them to invest one Bitcoin in gambling.

i think it's not right for OP to keep playing his winnings now he already been busted, he have the rights to enjoy his winnings i don't know why any staff from that website are unable to react with this issue here and explain why he needed to comply with that rules as OP send his btc without question or without providing those info, sometimes tactics from casino needs to be revealed in order to be well informed.

The reviewer found out they're asking for KYC after the winnings are in their account. Which is a scamming tactic by these casinos. So that in it's self is questionable activity right then and there!
If they want to make it this way then ASK for this BEFORE the customer has any amount in their accounts. Even before a deposit is made. This in it's self is a scamming thing to do to anyone with an sense at all.
Yes it is scamming tactic they should have this written in their Terms so that you can read it before you make any deposit there. Asking verfication for small amount like 1BTC is really unusual from sites like sportsbet which are giving away many bitcoin through contest, i think they may also ask those contest winners to submit their id to get their winnings out  Grin

I don't like to get stucked my bitcoin there so from now on sportsbet will be no option for me to bet on.
really never good to hold fund in a strange online casino ,
i just try the site couple weeks ago seems legit to me ,
don't know what happened to him , is he found guilty or something?
i wish one of sportsbet.io staff can take a look here and make a clarification or someone really have to tag them red Sad

Exactly! If it is required by law to prove your identity, then they need to prove it BEFORE they let you deposit. But I know that their

Curacao license scam 1668/JAZ do not require anything.

Only if you want to withdraw over $10,000 they would need to check because of AML. I have never heard of a bank that let you create and account and deposit anonymously and when you want to withdraw, they ask for proof of your identity. Roll Eyes

This has not been resolved and in doing so they made me lose my over 1btc with this tactic of asking after having accumulated this amount in my account then finding any possible way not to need to pay it out these winnings. That is just not right! Angry

You can read about this on their promotions page to warn others that are just going in blindly trusting this site as other members are noticing now too that they can not be trusted!
Well Sportsbet. I pm'd your member here about this issue with my withdrawal and you did not both to even send me a pm back on it.
So I went to your live chat support like so many have mentioned to do when you are have having issues with your account. They tell me they can not help me.
So what now?
I want to be able to withdraw my winnings from my account but nobody from your site has been available to give me any resolution on this.
So now I am thinking since I want to withdraw double of what I wanted to when my withdrawal was cancelled yesterday by your site administrators,
You are not going to allow me to do it.

image sharing sites
You haven't even given me my moneyback from the EPL New year's promotion yet or you ever will?
Once all have been resolved and I have been paid what I have put into your site then I will post here the results.
If anymore excuses of not paying a customer of yours comes out of this then your reputation as a reliable & honest site will be the same as what cloudbet's has become here.

Hi LLec,

We are very sorry for the delay!  Angry

Please check your inbox, we have sent you a pm with further instructions Smiley

Cheers,
sportsbet.io

Why did you delay his withdrawal request? You need his identity proof and address proof? I heard your sote requires such things, which I consider unfair to bitcoiners, they play in bitcoin, anon is the spirit. No mpre censorship please

Almost all sites reserve the right to ask KYC verification if they think that there is something "special" with the account. In this case sportsbet as their terms they will ask you KYC verification for withdrawal exceeded or equivalent to 10btc or lower amount if it is needed.
And I dont think this issue is about verification thing as his withdrawal is far from 10btc. But to make it sure lets just wait for LLec to confirm what is happening with his withdrawal.
okay LLec problem almost done , i just wonder what was he did causing the withdrawal delayed as i have made withdrawal couple times (not much) and all went smooth . within 5 minutes withdrawal processed same amount everytime like 500mbtc to 1 btc. i never asked for KYC . sportsbet.io best and beast with its promo everymonth! however goodluck for everyone!
They eventually will if your requesting amount is big. And I don't mean 1btc either.
10mbtc is big for this rip off scamming sports betting site.
Once you get more than 50mbtc in your account they will out of the blue deny your request for no reason and ask you to send in your I.D including your freaking passport and proof of address so they can match it to their extensive logs of ip addresses that they catalog to track you down. This kind of behavior should be against the law and the sites that do this offering "an entertainment service" should be prosecuted under the highest extent of the law.
Oh wait! They are in some country that laws can not touch them so they know they are safe. These bastards will not pay you if they do not want to. You will soon find that out the more you use them.
They are bitcasino.io. This has been proven when logging into their support chat and the exact same person with the same name started chat and talking linguistically in the exact same way. Roll Eyes
That is a sure fire way to submit evidence of this accusation against sportsbet.io / bitcasino.io / vegascasino.io are under the same ownership!
Here this thread is comparing untrusted casinos and has them as not being one to trust with your winnings and I can attest to this. After winning 1 btc with them then they freeze your funds in the sportsbet.io account and deny your request for withdrawals for no apparent reason.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-of-truly-instant-and-anonymous-bitcoin-casinos-1760254
"bitcasino.io - 2.0BTC / Yes / No (manual) / Full ID required before wagering / Bitcasino seems to respect your privacy for small wagers, but for large wagers they actual freeze your whole account prior to allowing wagers and will require full ID verification."

Watch yourself with using this casino even if they fool you with these stupid phoney promotions, where you have seen the other posts from other members, they don't give you the refund on the cashback promotions and you have to literally beg them for it. Come one! please if you can not operate a competent casino just stop promoting yourself as one that can pay their gamblers after they use your site. Your site is complete FRAUD and should never be trusted with any amount of money. Not 1mbtc minimum that is needed to place a bet not with 1150.87btc that I had in my account that was frozen just 20 hours after I was able to withdraw 60mbtc.
Makes absolutely completely no sense!

Well that's a bit bittersweet dude. What's the point of winning a big amount if you're not able to use it. I suggest you hold to your winnings first. Don't bet it all because you may lose your earnings and if a time comes when they allow you to withdraw, that's something you may regret because you've already earned quite a lot.

When I registered on their site I deposited fine of course and won some btc in a rather large bet so I cashed out.
Then just 3 days later I finally won a larger parlay for 0.495btc.
I then proceeded to withdraw the entire amount of the account when I noticed it did not go thru like the one just 3 days before did within less than 5 minutes. Then I see it was denied in the transactions page.
So I questioned online support and they said to read the email sent to me from the security department.
I uploaded the information they needed to them and then they are still questioning my account access to my requests to withdraw 44 hours later.
So yes I just knew that this would happen and did this so to see what they have to say for themselves now. They still have not responded so I do not expect them to do anything with my account as it is.

If they just gave me an answer from their representative here and not side step my inquiries from the start this would not have gotten to this point.

The only way that they can possibly have me retract everything that I have said about their reputation as a reliable and honest sportsbook site is to reimburse me the 1.16638btc which would include the 16mbtc that has still not been refunded to me under their own promotion rules since my account has been like this since monday night.

This is the problem with new gambling sites. When their bettors win big time they question the gambler why he won that much and ask so much other questions and verification. Also, there are some gambling sites that suddenly change the TOS of their bonuses and the game itself just to prevent some big winnings to be cashed out. You should file a scam accusation here and tell your story so that people would know. Just remember to get all your proofs first. So they won't be able to delete your proof.
Well it has officially been past the point of their "48 hours you have to wait on our team to get back to" excuse. And nothing has come of it so far. So I do think what I have all along and that they will not grant access to the withdraw access to the account and have block instated. It is just hopeless for a player to do anything when this happens because you are at the mercy of these casinos when they can just lock someone's account for no good reason whatsoever and just because they can for "their given reasons".
The only thing I did get from them is a pm here from their promoting member saying to contact their live chat support. I have been doing that since Monday and it has been over 72 hours now with nothing done about this. Do I get any compensation for my grief and my losses of any bitcoin that has happened since then, no! And with the surge of bitcoin prices since then I do not expect anything to come of this.
What a terrible year so far it has been and not even a week into it. Embarrassed
On top of that all my directbet parlays lost last night so even more losses on top of this. Angry
