Coin addresses the issue of slow transactions that plague btc and Eth, coin will address issue of privacy very soon with Zxlr. Coin will address the issue of no use case (even though fast transaction and privacy are pretty solid use cases within blockchain) via their own exchange.

Exchange and further usages will come. You understand this coin come from nothing, no ICO no financial backing. Team has literally put all the hard work in just so it will pay off

Look at bridge coin and how popular that become, Solaris will do the exact same whilst also offering fast transaction and privacy in its own regard.

Guys - I know most of the miners and traders are here and read this forum. Look at the exchanges and current demand which is constantly growing. If you want good prices hold for a moment and sell at a higher price instead of dumping right now. POS is coming and demand will be growing so should the price. Just be patient.

I agree, there is support and demand out there for Solaris but it seems that some people like to bring the price down. In a way I understand because people do want to get back what they put into the coin but I think if people held onto their Solaris the price would rise a lot. I think Solaris has done well in the past week to hold where it currently is as this shows that their is a lot of support for the coin. Like you said once PoS starts the demand should pick up even more as people will want to start staking and earn those free Solaris coins. And no more miners to dump the price down, well not all miners do this.

Unfortunately it is miners and masternode owners dumping the coin as traders would not be able to buy this low at least to a point. Also - traders seem to maximize their profits so why dump? Miners who want a quick return dump it as do masternode owners. No doubt about it.
Price moved a bit recently and even if it dropped it bounced back. Wait a bit and you will get real profits. This dump is pointless. I was selling at 0.0013 this morning, the price will be 0.0010 soon

=> POS is coming soon and anyone can stake any amount to receive some interest (free $$$),
Any insights on these please?

Also, I've read in this topic (somewhere) that there's a service that can provide shared masternodes? I.e. I'd pay 100XLR towards masternode, others would eventually join with their stack to gather 1000XLR. Once it's done, the owner of the service take care of everything associated with masternode and we'd receive a shared profit equal to our input from this XLR MN minus fee for company taking care of.
Is https://pool.stakinglab.io one of those? How genuine it is? Anyone tried this type of masternode'ing?

BTW. Great work devs! Keep it up!

PoS is very easy to understand, you just buy coins, in this case that will be Solaris. Once you bought them, have them sent to your local wallet and wait for them to mature, not sure how long they will take to mature but most PoS coins take average 8 hours. Once they are mature, they will then start to stake and you will get a reward for each stake in the form of more Solaris coins. Leave the wallet open for as long as you can so you have the best chance at earning stakes. I would say a minimum of 12 hours at least to leave the wallet open. It will be interesting to see how PoS will work here and how many people will be staking. I hope this helps you out a little on PoS and what its all about.

Hi All,

Just wondering - I had no problems with mining Solaris for weeks now but something happened over last two or three days n pools I normally use either BSOD or Lycheebit and I get many bad shares even though nothing has changed regarding my internet connection, the miner or miner setup.
Any ideas?

Another thing - why are you guys dumping the Solaris again? The price was going up nicely but someone could not hold any longer but simply dump to bring the price down by significant 10-11%?
A little stupid taking the demand into account. Wait a few more hours and sell with a good profit.

Yep, PoS is coming closer and closer.
Txbit.io can be released soon (because we had seen its demo).
New signature campaign to come.

I think that all those three components might help Solaris project hit it new position in the crypto-ecosystem; and Solaris price have great opportunity to recover to its last highs.
Recently, we have witnessed dozens of scam projects with masternode and it's extremely hard to find some project that has real developments like Solaris.
I believe and strongly support Solaris project.

I have maintained my loyalty to the project by keeping the Solaris signature even when not being paid because I believe the Solaris jet is taking us beyond the moon  Cool Cool Cool
It's good to see such a strong supporter like you in Solaris project. I would like to support Solaris project by wearing its signature codes next week when it reopen signature campaign. However, I am a little  bit confused, is it actually good project?

It has some fundamentals;
=> more than 60% is lock up as masternodes,
=> POS is coming soon and anyone can stake any amount to receive some interest (free $$$),
=> zerocoin is fast approaching which will confer some anonymity on Solaris transactions (Whatever private transaction you are thinking of using zcash, monero, verge... Solaris can do it cheaper and faster),
=> Txbit will be Solaris funded decentralized exchange where solaris owners will earn dividends/stakes from transactions done on Txbit (Think of what made BNB move from $0.10 to more than $10 in months)  Wink

My recommendation is signature campaign manager should announce start and end days of each week to make it as clear as possible.

Yeah it is my friend, this thread has been active since day one with the dev and community members. I support Solaris in a big way on twitter since I got in Solaris back in June last year. I won't be joining the signature campaign as I already have a campaign that I have been in for around 2 years coming up so I'll be staying with the one I'm in now. Anyway it will give more people the opportunity to join the Solaris signature campaign. I'll always be here supporting the coin anyway, just not wearing the Solaris signature. Yeah I forgot to mention the txbit exchange like I so often do lol, I think another campaign a week or two before the exchange is launched will be good to spread the word about txbit. I think for now the main promotion should be on the PoS and Zerocoin protocol but we are yet to hear what the signature campaign is.
Agree.
I have followed the project several months ago (since September last year, I guess). By now, I have a feeling that Solaris developer team are very professional, high-performanced when dealing with technical issues, and very actively responsed to Solaris community's questions.
It's good to hear SolarisDev announced that the project will re-open its signature campaign again next week.

Thanks for your announcement, dev.

Yes! I think it is a great time to relaunch the signature campaign as we get closer to the end of POW and transitioning over to PoS and Zerocoin protocol. It will help spread the word and get people interested in Solaris. A Social media campaign will also be great as we know social media is huge now days when it comes to crypto mainly Twitter and YouTube as Facebook in my opinion has dropped off a little when it comes to promoting crypto. Good luck with the new campaign dev and I look forward to seeing these new signature designs.
Very motivated thread. Will you join Solaris signature campaign to support the project in its next important phases, vella85? One thing you forgot to mention in your thread is txbit.io exchange.
