That's exactly what I am looking at, and see no active development, nor feedback or any kind of regular communication and no clearly identified and solid team behind the project.
Whitepaper is important to explain the problem this project is trying to solve and the proposed solution with regards to competitors. If you don't get the importance of clearly communicating the aim of the project, that's another thing.

And a Project with Focus on anonym doesnt need to List of Team Members.

That's a roadmap, I really like it but would prefer to read the real whitepaper highlighting the problem to solve and the proposed solution.
It would be very beneficial to create it, it seems that the whitepaper doesn't exist.
