Hello,

I'd like to create masternode.
I set ip and port 60020 in my .conf files on local wallet and server daemon like it is in tutorial, but after starting daemon it seems to not listening on port 60020. Is it ok?
After typing "masternode status" I get: "Masternode not found in the list of available masternodes. Current status: Not capable masternode: Could not connect to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:60020 (code -1). IP are digits ofc.

When I type "./solarisd -daemon" I get "Solaris server starting", but there is no "Solaris server started." (ing is like trying..?)

What do you think, what can be a problem?

Everything seems to be ok. Did you type "startmasternode all false" in debug console already? If yes and your masternode is ENABLED in the Masternode tab, then you are good to go. masternode status command will will a little later when your nide syncs with the network

a lot of dev tems fool themselves into thinking being listed on more exchanges is progress or some kind of shortcut. Neither is the case. The only way is hard work over time or hard work and contacts at high places.

I am only here to give advice, if they take it to heart or not does not matter to me. Also please don't tell me what a coin needs or does not need as if you're an authority on the matter, instead try to soak up some information.

Don't worry, like other said, dev team are so good ,they know what are they doing. Solaris is very strong and good coin, more exchanges will be good solution, not bad. Let us vote for XLR at KuCoin  Smiley

By when will the road map be ready? Do you plan to add the currency to Poloniex, Bitfinex, Bittrex or in the new exchange that is very good Binance? But it would be after creating the roadmap.

Roadmap will be out before the weekend.

It makes no difference for a coin if it's listed on one shit exchange or 100 shit exchanges. A case could even be made that fewer is better because of centralized volume. I didn't even know coinexchange existed - I created my coinexchange account specifically for XLR. It never goes the other way around.

Getting on another bad exchange should never be a goal as it achieves nothing. Being on an exchange like kucoin or coinexchange in and of itself gives absolutely 0 legitimacy and noone is looking through the list of coins on these exchanges for something unknown to invest in. The goal has to be developing the tech, building the legitimacy of the coin by being stable and then naturally popping up on the radar of exchanges that actually drives volume and exposure to the product.

My point is that being added to more bad exchanges is gonna do nothing to grow the coin.

Yes and you are the pope? Get your hero status at minimum before you start educating people with your ignorance. Not a single thing you say makes sense.

I think a part of their thinking is to break into the Asian market. They implemented zerocoin protocol in basically 3 months and are releasing a road map this week. Getting more exposure on another exchange is clearly not their only way of growing.

I think the Dev Team is proffessional enough that they know what is to do ... the way for a successfull Project is not a secret and the Dev Team brings continually Infos to the current and the coming status for the Project. It´s all fine.

the voting is started and it seems every user can vote only once.   if so Electroneum devs can't put many votes  Cheesy  and we will win
I'm already registered at so many exchanges and I do not own enough "kucoin.com"-traded coins to make a transactions.

So if someone would want to trade 1 XLR for 1 KCS and pm me the transactionID and his XLR address? (KCS@KuCoin address: 0xbbf0470b8b5a5df23fc7b421a38b1539b51856e0)

EDIT: I do agree with the post below, but I serve at the pleasure of the community.

We are happy to tell the whole community that we have the opportunity to enter the big Chinese market by getting listing on Kucoin Exchange.

This cannot be done without your help and support.

We entreat everyone to vote for Solaris and convince others to vote as well. We have also put together an incentive to reward everyone who votes.

Go to    https://www.kucoin.com/#/vote     and vote for Solaris (XLR) listing.

It costs 0.1 KCS to make a vote, but if you fill out the below google form:

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf6RFruSiEUmDiKv2aJYQkqY-NF5mtOvkqYwAEyIPHJobgpCA/viewform

* you will receive 1 XLR.
* 20 random people will also receive 50 XLR each after the vote is complete.
* If Solaris wins the vote and gets listed, a grand prize of 100 XLR will be awarded to one winner!

To enter, you must:

* provide the email you used to sign-up to Kucoin,
* a screenshot to prove your vote for Solaris
* your XLR address.

Duplicate submissions will be discarded.

If you do not have a wallet, you can create a new wallet address here: https://xlr.mywallet.link/ Register, log in and hit GET A NEW ADDRESS. You might have to refresh the page for the address to show up.
If there are more responses in the form than there are votes on Kucoin.com, we reserve the right remove all entries we consider fraudulent.

XLR will be paid out back to you after the votes close on Kucoin.com.
Winners of lottery will be announced after the vote is finished.
You do not have to hold any XLR to participate

Thank you for support Solaris !

I am still looking for a pool that actually works, when i try mine with SGMiner for AMd... i get Rejections only.
I have tried -k Xevan and -k Xevan-mod, i dont understand it.
Bitsend is not a problem to mine at all.

Is this also possible to mine in SOLO mode, and which wallet version would you use for this, please?

Thanks

Hmm, I thought they had unlimited votes possible in their last round of voting earlier this month. I just placed my vote and I can share a few KCS for others if they don't have any available to vote with.

the problem it's difficult to share KCS since it has 2 coins withdrawal fee,   we have strong rival TrueFlip (TFL)   they have some chiness community.

I just signed up and will be voting for Solaris.

KuCoin has an invitation bonus program and if anyone wants to use my invitation link below I will use any proceeds that I get to pay for votes for Solaris. If we win the vote KuCoin will refund the KCS to the voters and I'll give any that I get refunded to SolarisDev to rain some XLR in Slack/Discord (or however they want to distribute them). Smiley

https://www.kucoin.com/#/?r=14f6w

I just registered by your invitation link and bought 1 KCS to make 10 votes, let think if we can win here.  From that list of voting coins I know only Electroneum,  is there any strong rival?

I've got ~20 KCS ready to place votes when it goes live in an hour from now. Smiley  Electroneum is going to be hard to beat, they're a huge coin compared to the rest on there, I'd be very surprised if they didn't outnumber all the rest put together in marketcap and daily volume. Of the others the only one I've heard of is smartcash....

the voting is started and it seems every user can vote only once.   if so Electroneum devs can't put many votes  Cheesy  and we will win
