Cryptopia required paying the entire listing fee all over again in order to relist it with the new algorithm. Since this is several thousand $$$ they can go stuff themselves. CoinExchange.io is a better exchange, with higher volume anyways, so we don't need Cryptopia.

Yes, I used your guide (using existing vps though). Only problem I found was that ./solarisd stop is depricated and you should use ./solaris-cli stop instead. One of the other guides I started off with was a bit more confusing and was relieved to get it going easily after obtaining a hefty 1000 coins.

wallet have 3 active peers connections, but only 44950 blocks synchronized and message about "7 days behind". waiting too much with no luck

deleted everything except wallet.dat and solaris.conf inside data directory and wallet synchronized successfully.

i've started mining today with all my rigs. hope for coin progress and grow
