Download the new wallet posted in OP in this thread and sync it.
Go to this link, https://solaris.swapyourcoins.today/ and follow it.
I don't see any problem in sending the coins directly from Cryptopia, but you can transfer them to your old wallet first.
You can download the old nist5 wallet from the OP also, if you don't run one.

It is always as it is. Only if you are among the first you get more, later profit equalises. Just like with mining.
