It is just your own theory, but I believe it is because Solaris team have demonstrasted their strong dedication to the project.
Well maybe it could be that there isn't really much to post about and that the dev team are hard at working getting txbit together for its launch later this year.

Masternode rewards are not high recently due to more active masternodes in the network.
Most  importantly, the amount of coins in sell orders are very low.
Big probability to take off when time comes.

I'm happy getting my masternode rewards and wait patiently for txbit to launch which is when we could see Solaris explode once again.

Hello,
I'm a MN holder and staking with wallet 2.8 on Windows 10 64.

Starting this morning around 10:30 I started getting a mint payout every 1-6 minutes and sometimes multiple per minute. I had 100 available coins over the 1000 needed for the MN. Now I have 27 available with 129 being immature.

What is going on?!

I'm guessing the minted coins replaced my available and now that's all I am seeing as they mature.

Is anyone else having this issue?

It's really annoying to see a minted coin every minute or so in my notifications as well as this seems really broken!

looks like you forked away from main hain, its first time i have seen this in solaris chain. you need to reindex

That sounds like your wallet forked and you will need to reindex it.  https://solaris.blockexplorer.pro

First of all go to the Solaris block explorer and compare the current block height there with what your wallet says. If you have a different number it means you are on the wrong chain and will need to do the steps below.

You can do that by deleting most of what is in the folder where your Solaris wallet.dat and masternode.conf files are. Make 100% sure that you do NOT delete your wallet.dat or masternode.conf files. To be extra safe, make backups of them first.  After you do that your wallet will sync from the beginning when you start it up the next time and should put it on the right chain again.

***If you need help or have questions you can join the Solaris Discord where there should almost always be someone that can help point you in the right direction. ***

I agree, now is the best time to hold for the long term with the future developments the dev team have planned. We must also remember that over half the circulating supply is lock away in masternodes which in recent days have been increasing as more people buy to own a node. It might take a little longer but buying in small amounts each time is okay as I'm building up to owning my second node.
It is really hard to buy enough one Solaris node, and the process will take days to finish if buyers don't want to pump the coin significantly.

I got that email today too.... please note that email is from way back in October of 2017.  Cryptopia seems to have been so backed up that they finally got those emails out 7-8 months too late. lol  No wonder they have fallen down the list for daily volume quite drastically in 2017.
Cryptopia is something like crappy exchange, especially in recent months.
Lots of technical troubles with Cryptopia exchange.

Cryptopia is delisting XLR in exactly 2 week’s... what’s the scoop?

In fact, it's really hard to buy enough 1000 XLRs to set up one masternode temporarily.
It's due to sell orders set up with low amount at each price point.
It's smarter to HODL Solaris as long-term investment.
As you pointed out, it's hard to buy Solaris at the moment, especially if you want to buy at large amount.

I think governance is key -- confidence that the project will be able to grow and adapt to protect the interest of stakeholders
Not saying there's anything wrong today, per se... just thinking about future.  One thing that has bothered me some is there's very much a core team that makes all the decisions and the community seems to have very little say right now.  I'm guessing when we get the budget system going this will start to change.
Some pretty meaty topics there as opposed to the usual dribble of memes here... just wanted to get those thoughts out there

In short, their governance model is very mature... basically there's a way the community could vote the core team off and the project would still retain posession of all assets (social media accounts and such) -- in the most extreme example
and in New Hampshire, where the Free State project is based, everyone uses Dash almost exclusively

Solaris needs some more time to fully mature and reach more people. Then, we will move to next steps such as you described. DASH is a mature community of several years, dont forget that. And they achieved all their goals during a bull market that couldn't be stopped. The things you're talking about are on our to-do list but we need to execute some pre-requisites first.

How much cost a masternode today? Is there any chart comparing differents masternodes? I think this is by far the best moment to start accumulating for a masternode. I do not know if I can have one before the price explode, but I am trying.
You can get what you need there:
https://masternodes.online/currencies/XLR/
At current price of Solaris, each Solaris Masternode costs around $3.8k, but it's hard for you to buy all 1000 XLRs at $3.8 because sell orders are very low amount.

I just see that masternode rewards is 0.72 and stake 0.1799. There is already the plase 3 of PoS. Maybe now the price of Solaris will grow at 6-8$. Just hold your coins.
