Coinexchange makes trouble since weeks ... i´m waiting for 1000 XLR withdrawal since 4 weeks.

I had also sending 3 Mails about this and open support Ticket since 4 Weeks.

Last Mail from me to Coinexchange was today and i told them that i make big troubles when i dont get my 1000 XLR this week from the Exchange.

Better buy on Kucoin at this time ...
The exchange performed well before the internal issues of Solaris network, which also led Kucoin exchange to close their trading market for Solaris several days ago. I believe that coinexchange.io will come back, will open trading market for Solaris after upgrading their system.
Please keep calm, stay tuned for official announcements from coinexchange.io.
I don't think that you will lose your coins on the one.
Furthermore, the current price of Solaris has stayed around $10 today, so I don't see any reason to sell Solaris at the moment.
keep your Solaris tightly and only sell them over $20.

What are you talking about? Kucoin and Cryptobridge are back trading as normal for days. Wallet issues have been fixed so it is just the exchange failt unless devs asked them to keep wallets disabled.

I have 2-4 stake rewards per day but all of them are orfans. (It seems I'm on the right chain - height is the same as in explorer) Can it be fixed?

Can you double check if the time on your computer is accurate?
The time is correct. Many other wallets are staking without problem on the same system.
Here are 2 wallets. Solaris with only orfans and another staking properly

Any chance for CoinExchange withdrawals to open? All other exchanges trade as normal.

I'm also wondering about this.

There the wallet is closed, as they will send you the coins? Wait for the wallet to come on.

I am also getting a reasonable number of orphans, and also on the right chain

This can happen and will happen more often as more and more people start staking. So now there is a lot of competition to earn a stake which might be the reason why you are seeing a lot more orphan blocks. This is why when staking I like to have my coins split up into blocks of say 100 for Solaris and not just have them all in one large block. AS we know it takes 102 confirmations for coins to confirm once they stake and if you had them all in one large block you would have to wait until they confirm and then mature again. So say for example you have 500 XLR its best to split them into either 5x 100 coin blocks or 2x 250 blocks. So if one stakes you still have the other blocks staking ready to earn a reward/s. This is my tip for the Solaris community when it comes to staking coins that pay the same staking reward no matter how many coins you stake so that is why its best to split them up into smaller blocks, but not too small as they could take days to stake. That is why I suggest either 100 coin blocks or 250 coin blocks.

hi ,devs
do you have any issue tracker?
I'd like to use it to report a bug and see if it could be fixed
How can I do it? because forum is not a good way of bug tracking Smiley

I wonder if any answer on my issue with windows 2016 server wallet problem

Hi. What version of windows 2016 server you use? 32 bit or 64 bit?  You should try to delete all files from Solaris folder and keep only wallet.dat file. And then download again wallet and see if still get error.

Please make sure you have back up solaris wallet (you can get private key of address and back up togheter with wallet.dat).
win 2016 server x64
tried to delete all and resync - wallet simply cannot start. I posted event error message about it in this thread

Is your windows up to date? I will download and install this week windows 2016 server x64 and see if i get same error, if you or Solaris team still didn't find a solution for your problem.

Suddenly, I have a problem to open my wallet on mac high sierra today. It quits unexpectedly during 'loading block index...', but yesterday everything used to work. Does anyone have the same problem?

This could be caused by closing the wallet incorrectly/unexpectedly. You can fix it by re-syncing the blockchain from scratch. Here are the instructions:

1. Stop/shutdown your wallet client if it is running.
2. Go to Win: %appdata%/solaris/ OR Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Solaris/

Command+shift+g

put: ~/Library/Application Support/Solaris
then click GO

3. Delete all files and folders EXCEPT backups, folder, wallet.dat, solaris.conf and masternode.conf (DO NOT DELETE backups folder, wallet.dat, solaris.conf and masternode.conf)
4. Start your wallet client and let it sync again.

Thank you so much for your advice. Everything works fine again.

Everything has been going great, getting my MN and Staking rewards on a regular basis, but just this morning i noticed that randomly 159.73 of my coins went to Immature status, I made zero changes and these coins had been under Available until now.

Any idea what may have caused this? And I assume my first step in troubleshooting would be to reindex the wallet?

Thanks.

When you stake some coins, that input that was staked goes to "Immature status" until it is mature again. This take 102 confirmations. There is no need to do anything, just one of your piles staked.

Thanks for the explanation, you are a rockstar as always!

I wanted to start staking but i don't want to keep my computer open 24/7 so i surrendered.. But now i discover Raspberry Pi and I'm thinking to buy a new one.. Is there a guide out there on how to start staking /install wallet there?

It's not very difficult to do. The team will be releasing some guides/tutorials on setting up the PI to stake, but in the mean time feel free to join the Telegram and ask the community, there are a good few people already staking with Raspberry PIs! https://t.me/solariscoin
