Well there are a few, I guess it's a risk, I wouldn't recommend it but it's still user's choice.
Cjambox: you can, with cjambox1 but not with cjambox
cjambox has a risk to be banned and there's a natire of gwtting mistakes once in while so yeah you might get banned.

But I calculated a few things which I would like to clarify and ask:
If we do 10k captchas and get BTC0.04 (which also is not fixed), I guess one is getting 400 satoshis per captcha, and if we calculate, a basic constructive statement consists 20 words average and is enough if meaningful, so calculating that, 20 x 400 = 8k satoshis which is less than what a newbie gets on an average posting here after getting enrolled in a signature campaign.
Though, your rates are far better than faucets I must say.
Then again, typing random letters requires a lot less effort than making constructive posts.
Especially that some newbies are just farmed accounts by people with extremely bad English
