Solved, received the money all ok, 31.96860000 BTC.
But still sad about situation and idk should i play there anymore, hope they will solve all problems with payments.
^ Probably you did not understand that every casino needs to verify the big winning bet especially if this is a big amount, but luckily it has been solved quickly as you have said. What makes you sad? You have got your money and the withdrawal has been successful, it could be you also you have a bonus received because you are the highest wager. That is a good sound that a gambling casino knows how to care about its reputation, your problem has been solved quickly, the problem is you did not want to wait to verify your bet which is necessary for all possible costs.

You maybe do not understand what is gambling. I making big deposits every time, i wan't good service for this.
When i deposit 100-500k$ and then withdraw 1kk+$ it's not a really "big win" and i want see it on my wallet ASAP

I can understand if i won 10kk-20kk, so it's ok for delay, but not for one million.

If casino accept my beets, so they obliged to provide me good service 24/7.

And, rollbit is good casino, we can trust them, but if they want to keep highroll players, they should update withdrawal policy or "security system".

they should pay you a little bit more for this inconvenience.

No they don't. I really don't think that a user who plays with certain figures needs a "free pizza" Roll Eyes and they are running a business.
Verify a bet is absolutely ok and required by the conditions of use of their site, in the end everything went well and it was solved in a short time.

I wasn't talking about "free pizza". If I remember correctly, OP mentioned he was -40k$ because the transaction still needs to be verified.

That's just proves that rollbit is a legit casino. I think that the provider did verify it and then rollbit have payed your withdrawal request. Just keep in mind that the amount you did withdraw is not a small amount so it's natural that it will take some time before it is processed. Even if the withdrawal takes longer as you have waited but at least they paid you. How I see this is that they value their reputation that much.

I doubt that most of this thread users will have problems with this casino because no one is withdrawing that much. If Rollbit wants to prove its credibility and transparence to high rollers, they should pay you a little bit more for this inconvenience.
It's not a small amount and they ask the provider to verify the bet.

..... delay usually happens for a big withdrawals and its good that Rollbit really follow the standards.
What standard? He was able to withdraw a larger amount of money within a shorter period of time if you look at his original post so I don't think there is really an industry standard for this.

....
Now gambler doesn't afraid about how much money they win, in the end Rollbit will pay them.
Long delays will always make anyone with huge withdrawals fearful.

Maybe if they are need time to send, it will better to give an ETA notification for users.
That would be tough since they are relying on another person or party to confirm if the bet is legit. It would be faster if it was their own employee.

If this is solved then lock this thread and change the title it's unfair for Rollbit to have a thread like this existing it cast doubts on their reputation it's up to you to decide if you don't want to play every gambler has preferences some players can understand that if ti involves a huge mount they have to take the time to process.

Great to hear that rollbit addressed this in a very prompt manner. This is the advantage of playing in a casino with active support and campaign in the forum. If you are playing honestly, you have no worries that people will assist you. And I don't think the casino will ruin their reputation by not giving your honest winnings. I guess, most of us don't encounter a high roller everyday in this forum so we are all on eyes on this one. Also, with that huge amount, definitely, don't expect to receive it right away.

Your money was not harmed nor potentially taken. They just needed to verify your bets so they can process your withdrawal if everything is fine. Rollbit told you that they can't give an ETA to you because it depends on the provider. I'm glad that the issue has been solved, as I knew in the first place that it will be. Smiley

I hate these issues, be careful.
Be careful, of course yes! This issue is already SOLVED.

Hello, RollBit do not wan't to withdraw my 32 BTC and saying "THERE IS NO ETA" over 19hrs.
I'm playing in "another" casino from btctalk list and they withdraw me over 3mln in couple of minutes. So i advice all highrollers skip Rollbit.
And, to all, my KYC is approved on rollbit.

P.S. i'm still in minus at rollbit, so this is very funny situation

I can relate to your issue. I have had similar cases, latest one with CoinSlotty, after CoinSlotty, I have been playing only in livecasino.io and blackjackfun as they pay me very large payouts within minutes.

Took from blackjackfun 60k, took maybe 7 minutes and from livecasino 125k that was maybe 2 minutes.

I hate these issues, be careful.

Bloody hell! That's a lot of money there!!
I do not know how much was your deposit, just curious to know.

In situation like this, a casino really needs to make sure that they are paying the money to the right person and they also need to check that they were not cheated. So usually it takes time. Good to know that it was resolved.
This proves to me that Rollbit is worth to try, delay usually happens for a big withdrawals and its good that Rollbit really follow the standards. I’m just worried about the withdrawal fees, but anyway I’m pretty sure OP can afford that fees. 32BTC is a huge money, OP is such a whale gambler and trying another site with that big money is obviously a big risk, that withdrawal experience might look scary but I see that as well as normal process.

I don't want to accuse anyone of fake ads and advertising, but doesn't this sound a bit unbelievable that 32 BTC has been transferred all of a sudden? We're talking about $1.5 million which would just have been made over. I have my doubts and doubts about this. Perhaps the person can send a link on the blockchain to reinforce his story. This story is now very strange.
No, OP's story looks genuine and I don't think he is shilling here. If his intention from creating this thread was to shill for Rollbit then he would never ask other members to stop using this casino.
Besides, Rollbit have a good reputation on this forum and they don't need this kind of fake advertisement as they know it will do them more harm than good.
Anyway, glad this case didn't take too long to get resolved. Congrats OP on your winnings.

I am not siding with the casino but as far as I Know, some casinos delay payments if the amount is high(like yours) to check whether there is suspicious activity or something out of the ordinary. I wouldn't even be surprised if they asked you for KYC(if they haven't already). I hope your case gets resolved, 32BTC is a huge amount of money.
32 BTC = 1.3M usd amount as of this writing which we know that this isnt something a small amount to be ignored but knowing Rollbit and the popularity and reputation that they have on here then
they wont really be locking or holding something without any valid reason.

Edit: So i've seen this case or issue had been resolved which is expected.I agree that this topic should be locked to avoid further discussions.

Anyway, congratulations on the wins. Rollbit has gotten another bad reputation on the forum, I can't imagine it being marketing either. If you were going to do something like that to promote a site, you would take a lower amount to keep it more credible. Something like 5000 USD for example. I don't think the user is required to post a hash of the blockchain, that would violate their privacy.

It is a *huge* amount that very few sites carry around in their hot wallet - so I'll give Rollbit the benefit of the doubt here.

Besides, this did get resolved quite efficiently even though there was a bit of a delay. It could be a genuine concern on their end for the legitimacy of the bet.

If anything, I think Rollbit has proved themselves to be more trustworthy as a result of this prompt resolution. Kudos to them.

To investigate and approve all 1.3 million bet/game results I think it will take more than 24 hours. So it's your luck if you manage to pull it off this fast. I personally do not cause significant trauma to play again on rollbit. After all, your withdrawals will definitely attract attention even if you're actually an honest player here because of the withdrawal amounts.

You should also add [SOLVED] to the title, and please lock your topic.
