I am not siding with the casino but as far as I Know, some casinos delay payments if the amount is high(like yours) to check whether there is suspicious activity or something out of the ordinary. I wouldn't even be surprised if they asked you for KYC(if they haven't already). I hope your case gets resolved, 32BTC is a huge amount of money.

If you will see the attachment/images posted, he messaged the support already. So if the purpose is just to have an audience for his issue when posting in the ann thread, I dont think it can help either since only their support can give thorough answers which he did already. 
That's almost 32 BTC as shown in the image you provided. How long have you waited starting from the time you requested a withdrawal a total of almost 31 BTC?. That's a million dollars as shown in the image so rollbit would have waited for the game provider to verify the bet. I think once that it is verified then rollbit will process the withdrawal that is why there is no ETA for the withdrawal. Well, you can always create a scam accusation if you didn't get paid if yoi really got that BTC out of betting but if it's not then you won't get paid. Also, the amount you requested is not a small amount. Just wait a little bit longer, rollbit is a legit casino and rollbit also have signature campaign running for more than a year.

The amount you want to withdraw isn't just something too small. Have you considered that? Their hot wallet might not have enough balance for such amount for withdrawal at the moment or etc. As long that the website is keeping in touch with you for this matter there's no need to worry about they have a reputation to keep with.

Hello, RollBit do not wan't to withdraw my 32 BTC and saying "THERE IS NO ETA" over 19hrs.
I'm playing in "another" casino from btctalk list and they withdraw me over 3mln in couple of minutes. So i advice all highrollers skip Rollbit.
And, to all, my KYC is approved on rollbit.
P.S. i'm still in minus at rollbit, so this is very funny situation
