Today I received an email from Bitcasino.io, they lifted my restriction.

Now I can play and withdraw  Grin

My accounts was restricted, so I couldn't play Baccarat and withdraw, but they lifted it after the investigation in 4 days

I followed this topic from the first page. It makes me happy that you are providing us with updates and that the casino has replied. Some other people don't even provide us any update and even some casinos don't reply. 10 business day is not too long in my estimation to wait. Don't worry about your interest, it will be revived. I think the most important thing right now is to get a solution to your account issue. I will be back after the 10 days to check in on the latest.

I hope that if someone were in the same situation in the future, they can find this topic and know how to handle the case. Now, all what we can do is waiting for the response

If so, and I am not trying to downsizing your situation here, but it seems like a simple temporary error that'll fix itself, given you asked for withdrawal and the error said "game unavailable" not "account blocked" or "this feature has been temporary disabled" or something.

Please wait for a couple more hours, see if it resolves itself. This is Friday afternoon, forum time. If nothing changes by Sunday morning and/or someone from their officials or sister-company is yet to address the matter, let me know and I'll try to get in touch with someone.

However when I tried to withdraw, I was prompted to contact support and the live chat support told me to reach them via email.

I’ve checked all the screenshots attached, but I couldn’t find any communication from support asking you to contact them via email. If you missed attaching that, please upload it as additional proof. All I saw were the transaction screenshots from October 18, 2024.

Based on the response, it might just be a browser issue or a temporary internet connection problem. I suggest giving it 24 hours and trying to log in again. Sometimes communication isn’t instant, but I believe bitcasino.io can fix that minor issue for you.

The letter that support sent you does not say anything about you being banned. Rather, it looks like they cannot identify you correctly.
Have you completed all the steps that you were asked to do?

What browser are you using? Was there an update? Likewise, are your cookies and your connection OK?
The casino might think that you will have matches in your history with another account, and perhaps the casino suspects you of having multiple accounts.

I just don't understand why they can't send me an email or notification to make the thing clear, I just wasted almost 1 hour with panic to figured it out what happened until I decide to withdraw some funds.

The problem here is I can't play, can't withdraw, and no message from Bitcasino.io.

If there was an error with the website, they should make an announcement to inform everyone.
If there is an issue with my account, they should send me an email to notify me.

Up until now, I still can't be sure where the problem is. Based on what I've seen from other posts, it's highly likely that the issue is with my account, because if it were a website problem, they should have posted an announcement after few hours.

I never said they scammed me, I post it here because I can't find any more suitable place to post my case.

I found it strange too that I was banned (If it's a ban? I don't know), what I did was only playing Baccarat.

And for sure people got banned for "being lucky", I have never seen someone got banned for "being unlucky".

If you lose, the casino will not make any obstacle for you to deposit like proof of source of income, but if you win a decent amount of money, the casino will try everything to check and delay your cashout.

I mean, I can totally understand this, it's how business works. I just don't understand why they can't send me an email or notification to make the thing clear, I just wasted almost 1 hour with panic to figured it out what happened until I decide to withdraw some funds.

As I said before, I wrote to the representative but the representative was online 10 days ago, I would be happy if someone can look into it.

seems like you posted this thread far too early into the issue(including calling it a scam), they haven't even been able to reply to the email you sent them informing you as to why you cannot play or why you cannot withdraw your funds. anyway, update us if they replied to the email you sent them but it would be nice if they could reply to this thread address what is going on.

I also think it is quite early to come with scam accusations. The platform in question has a solid reputation here, and honestly, I do not think they are going to scam you for peanuts. If you have won fair and square, I am quite confident that you will get your money.

yeah, they will contact you if they disabled your account and tell you the reason why it is disabled, but they didn't, and when you contacted them they showed you a list of ways to fix your issue. so there is a possibility that there is an ongoing issue with their casino(or something on your side) and they didn't disable your account.
