I understand what youre saying and your probably right. To be clear the $800 In deposits was within a week or so.
But that's beside the fact. I do not expect to be paid. If I do great.. if I don't that's great too. Probably save me more money in the long term anyhow.
I do believe that you already did contact them. You should never refrain from mentioning that you did **loose that account**, using multiple accounts are banned because sometimes users try to outsmart the casinos and claim things like : first bet free , 10% back etc at the same time they might also use these for double booking or this stuff. Right now since your account was
lost and it was not a case of
multiple accounts. because you clearly are
not using them at the same time. They should resolve your issue and help you with the new account with banning the old one permanently.

For the @OP just keep in contact with FJ to find the best solution for you and how the FJ handle this case, since the this case also violated from their ToS so just hope you got a good result same as @Beparanf.
Honestly sometimes I don't even remember if I did have multiple accounts on the same site since with a lot of mails and everything sometimes it just slips off the mind. Therefore I believe OP did make an honest mistake since it was done YEARS after. Therefore they should consider his case to be an exception and leave him after a fair warning..
