Awesome. I'm feeling a little more calm now.

Fingers crossed

Thanks again

P.s on the new account I didn't use any bonus other than the free spin claim after email/phone verification. No welcome deposits or anything. And I received like $50 cashback from lost deposits promotion. But I spent that on slots and ended with a $0 bankroll.

Don't worry, As long as your new account is not affiliated to your old account and you didn't claim any welcome bonus, I'm sure FJ will reconsider your case since your old account can be considered as lost account because you are not using that anymore for a long period of time.

I encounter this same to them and they just terminate my old account after verifying that I really don't use the old account anymore. Chill out dude and keep us updated on your case.

Proof of FJ resolve on my case same as yours:

Best of Luck

Ok fair enough. I deleted the question in the ANN thread you speak of. I'll just be patient. I'm not worried about unknown discrepancies. I know I've never done anything wrong or illegal. (Other than opeening that new account last week) I should have just emailed them and tried to get access to my old account. Hopefully we can fix this. I'll just be patient.

Thanks everyone. Was just sitting around here couldn't get it off my mind. Regardless of the outcome It feels good to have had a discussion with you folks about it at least.

Actually, you violated their TOS. You have to contact with their support before opening the 2nd account and ask them about the issues of your old account.
Now, they reserve the right to pause your accounts. But if they want then they can resume your account again.
FJ is a fair gambling platform and they are user-friendly with fast support service. If you are really transparent and your words come true, then I believe that they will refund your funds after checking your documents, You don't have to spam on their ANN thread, just wait for their reply, Hopefully, they will give you a satisfactory reply. If not then you can mention their forum representative to this thread.

Ok, I'll just cross my fingers and wait.

Thanks
^ I saw you are reaching them on their ANN thread, probably it would be better if you will lock this thread for a while.
For faster response send PM to their PR, https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/fortunejack-303298 (FortuneJack). It is better to have patiently wait and relax for a while after contacting the FJ team.

Will FJ payout after seeing my ID or am I just going to have to cut my losses and never play there again??

Thanks for your insight.
Dont worry about it buddy as long you didnt make any shady bets or activities out there then you shouldnt mind much on not on getting paid.
This is just a casual security feature of gambling sites against multiple accounts where they do normally hold out withdrawals once the
system detect out the same IP or multi-accounts.Basing off with fortunejacks reputation then they wont really be scamming out
people on just $800 of worth. All you do need is to wait up.

This is a question that only FJ can answer and I think that if you have provided them your real documents and never had any multiple accounts there, this issue will get sorted out soon. I don't know why such complains are rising against old established gambling websites every now and then.

^ I can consider FJ is a part of a good gambling site in here running for how many years, probably they will payout you after seeing your ID since you are not simultaneously using the other account and you did not open a long time ago that you have said 2 years. If they allow your request, your very lucky because that is considered as breaking their rules as the TOS stated.
Nevertheless, try to convince them calmly, don't be just arrogant harassing them to make the payout rush, they need to have investigation either regarding your accounts if there is a transfer of fund happens.

The old account was LEFT in good standing afaik. Just dorment. Attached to an email I no longer have access to. As much as I hate to admit this, the old account had exponentially higher losses with only a few or less cash outs.

I played a lot of slots and very rarely used bonuses and would normally play until the bankroll was spent, against just my better judgement.

I never participated in any illegal activity .. was just a means of entertainment and thrill mostly.

I would love to continue playing there. If I don't get this payout of course that will prevent me from ever going back to play whether or not it was my (honest mistake) or not.

Technically they can refuse to pay you, because you violated their ToS. If a) your old account wasn't restricted/limited/banned and you bypassed that by opening a new account and b) you didn't claim some bonus offering with the new account, then I think you will get paid. Because then it's just some minor issue and you have been honest about it.
I would ask them to close one of the account afterwards then to prevent any issues for the future.

They asked me to my ID and selfie holding the ID. I sent that to them this morning.

Update: Within 48 hours the discrepancies have been settled and FJ paid out, closed the old account and have given me 100% trust in this site.

I had an old FJ account which I havnt used in probably 2 years. Last week I decided to play on fortunejack so I made a new account and proceeded to deposit and play after verifying my email and phone .

I've deposited close to $800 usd in mostly LTC

Yesterday I hit on slots and attempted to cash out $700/4ltc from the site.

Today I get an email with a warning about multiple accounts.

I submitted my ID as they requested and admitted to having the older account. I never once abused or played on multiple accounts simultaneously.

Will FJ payout after seeing my ID or am I just going to have to cut my losses and never play there again??

Thanks for your insight.
