Did you read the post from Jawhead999, especially the section on jurisdictions? Can you confirm that you are not on the list of banned countries and that you did not use VPN/Proxy to access the site?

What I agree with others is the fact that 24 hours is too little to get a response from official support - and I believe their system automatically banned you for some reason, and also that you are not the only one to have it happen - you need to have understanding and patience to get this resolved.

I know it's not pleasant when something like this happens, but every online casino and crypto exchange has automatic systems that freeze the user's account if they detect something suspicious - unfortunately these systems are not very accurate and definitely detect a certain percentage of legitimate users.
I am located on a country where stake.com is fully accessible, thus not banned. Did not use any VPN either, I do not need to. I know that 24h is not a long time, but having a 24/7 live chat support available, they could at least tell me the reason about why this is happening to me, but as of now, 32h have passed and I have not got a single explanation yet, not a single one.

As I have mentioned several times, this is a precautionary measure after seeing zero cooperation from their side, and I do hope everything to be amicably solved as soon as possible.

From my own experience I strongly doubt that Stake.com is cheating you...
The customer service is also quickly reachable under the chat function on the website!

If you have nothing to reproach yourself for, everything will surely be cleared up...

This should also serve as a lesson to you about your gambling habits.

What would my gambling habits have something to do here? I fully trusted the site since the moment I deposited on my account and I expected myself to being able to withdraw as easily as I was able to make the deposit.

It does not matter, $1 or $10k, I did not do anything wrong and so I should be the one having full control over my funds.

I gamble way more than that on other sites and I have no concerns at all since I am the one in control of my money, and thus, I do not have to experience this unusual craziness.

The main problem here is not the amount, it's not because they are withholding $2.3k, but because they are withholding it without explanations and without providing solutions.

Even if it was $50, I would be reporting it, because it is not right.

The only lesson I learn from this is to not trust this casino anymore.

Do not worry, you have absolutely the right to post your message and situation here. If stake would have handled the situation professional, it would not ne necessary to do so.
Usually, when you post on the forum, they will come up with an answer. It is not a big amount that is involved, they can easily cover it I would say.
At least they have to explain why they closed your account. You can not just close an account without any reason and information to the player.

Thank you, I do hope to get this sorted out as soon as possible, because to not knowing really stresses me out.
I just hope that you didn't do anything that might jeopardize your claim with them because a slight anomaly could really drag out this issue and I assume that you don't want that, and I can't say that you shouldn't be stressed out about this, $2320 is a lot of money in my country but take a deep breath and assess the situation. This should also serve as a lesson to you about your gambling habits.

in this case you said you lost the bet and tried to withdraw the remaining balance right?
I cashed out my bet and when trying to place a new one, I wasnt able to, so at that moment I found out that I could neither place bets nor make deposits/withdrawals.

24 hour is too short to get any response from any crypto related sites
They have a 24/7 live chat support so they are more than capable to give explanations. I am not saying to have it solved in 24h, but a single explanation should have had to be already given, at least to avoid me getting concerned.

you should be wait until their response before calling them as scammers.
As mentioned above, I have decided to post it on this forum as a precautionary measure, because, after more than 24h, I do not even know what is going on, and this uncertainty is what gives me no other choice than to make this report.

To OP, do not worry because I think Stake.com will not run off over a petty cash, they are a big business now so they wouldn't bother with that amount of money.

I think the least stake can do is respond to the customer in this case. Not responding at all is worthless. Regardless of whether the conditions have been violated or not.
Their support team should be available 24/7. Reaching out to the forum is a good idea, maybe they will reply in here.
I have to agree, response is an indicator that Stake.com is going to resolve the issue with the customer, silence will only make them the bad guys in this accusations. Hopefully OP can get his/her money back because AFAIK Stake.com is a reputable website and they will do anything in their power to not cause any problems that will taint their image to the public. To OP, do not worry because I think Stake.com will not run off over a petty cash, they are a big business now so they wouldn't bother with that amount of money.

24 hour is too short to get any response from any crypto related sites, so you should be wait until their response before calling them as scammers. This is not new and people account got frozen likely for taking advantage of any bugs caused by the system but in this case you said you lost the bet and tried to withdraw the remaining balance right?

Wait for thier official to respond here before proceeding anything further.

I included other cases related to stake.com as indicated on the "Scam Report Format" topic, including these as reference, only. As of now, like I said on my report, I neither have my funds nor a single clarification about why they are withholding them.

Posted on this forum as a precautionary measure, because stake.com has not been cooperative at all with resolving the situation and I am concerned about it.

Sent a PM to user Stunna, and hopefully will help me resolving everything.

I am feeling stressed out about this issue and I only want to recover my funds.

I don't really see the point of putting a reference link of other scam accusation that has nothing to do with your case. have you PM'ed stunna here or at least posted on their thread here in the forum informing them about your case? support not responding quickly is not new and I have read this happening a lot of times here in this board. I know it is frustrating but sometimes patience does a lot of good for both parties. I hope you get a reply from them and resolve the issue you are currently experiencing.

I deposited, placed a bet and that is all.

I do not know what did I do wrong or why my account has been "frozen", since I have not even received an explanation, neither from live support nor from the department I was told to send an email to.

I have no issues on waiting, but I am obviously starting to feel very concerned since I have not even been given a single clarification by this time.

What happened::

I opened an account on stake.com and deposited 0.1012btc. I placed one bet on a tennis match, which I had to cashout as my player was losing, and then my account got frozen, I am unable to bet, withdraw or deposit. The remaining balance on my account is 0.05078891btc and they have been withholding it for way over 24h and I have not even given a single explanation.

I was told by live support to send an email to [email protected] but nobody answers and live support is not doing anything either.

I believe that I should have had to be given at least an explanation by this moment, but I haven't even received a reply from them.

I did not do anything wrong and I just want to recover the remaining funds from my account, I need help.
