Thank you dihari, but they already refused to help me T.T
That means you should move on from your case, try to double-check before try to send anything. So many times people were always trying to send their crypto without try to double-check the address and they were sending it to the wrong address.
I hope you can recover your loss from your mistake as soon as possible.

This is the most frequently mistake that people made in crypto transaction. I have joined an icon project as a customer support and find that so many people lost their funds by sending wrong stable coin (usdt, usdc, tusd). And also, people are lost their funds because they sent their coin with wrong network especially when transferring funds from binance. Instead of sending usdc with erc20 network, they're sent with bep20 network because they see it has lower transaction fee.

The only to get your funds back just by contacting the support of that exchange. If they ask you wait, then wait. If you wait for too long, spam in their telegram group with your case to get an attention (well I don't really recommend this).

Well, I asked their channel and (of course) they said that I have to submit a ticket to their platform and the results (as we all know) is no, they cannot help me with that situation.
The whole answers is:
Quote
Dear user, we apologize for the long answer. We have passed the information to the technical department in order to check the possibility of crediting funds. Please wait
and just one minute (exactly 60 seconds) later...
Quote
Good day!
We will not be able to help you in solving this situation.
If you have any questions, we will always be happy to help you.
This made me doubt that they really passed my case to their "technical department" or they are too lazy to do that and let their bots handle the work =))))
Silly me to ask them such questions, I should let it go and move on...
Anyway, thank you for your supports, bro ^^

Its is sad to know that you lost your funds, but a lesson for life from this mistake, maybe there are few exchanges may consider giving you the funds back and also it happens only when the amount is huge but here we are talking about small fund from the exchange's perspective so there is no wonder with their response.

Make sure you double or triple check the address and amount everytime before sending a crypto transaction.
Thank you mersal, haha, it's the lesson that I will (and absolutely will) never forget in my life

Haha, thank you for giving me hope, anyway, they said that they are not be able to help me now
I joined their telegram channel and found that there are many pp said that they are a scam and also in the appstore, they locked the reviews
Maybe they are a real scam (or not, haha)
Anyway, thank you and hope you have a nice new week ^^

So meaning that it really wasn't your mistake after all? and that is about the site being scam?

that's really frustrating to learn that after you felt like being Mistakenly sent the funds now it reflects that it's not and you are just a victim.

So sorry for your loss but thanks for bringing this here so people might be aware of this exchange .

Wanna file a complain or accusation ? for more awareness.
Haha, a lot of people already post about the scam actions of whitebit in their telegram channel and then be blocked in just few seconds but by that time I didnt know that
And also, they lock the comment and rating in appstore
If they are so clear, why should they do that?
Anyway, I will be careful next time,
I am feeling lucky because another one in my community have just lost $1k3 usd from trading their test pairs SFM / BTC and the results?
1 - Summit the ticket
2 - "It all your fault" - said from whitebit

Today, I made a BIG MISTAKE: I sent $320 USDT from Binance to a TUSD wallet in WhiteBIT (This is the first time I withdraw money so that I made this very big mistake)
The following is the info of my transaction:

Both of the accounts are owned by me :<
Can I do anything to undone this or I have to give up my money? :<
I contacted WhiteBIT but their actions were seeing it and then let me wait until the chat ended (without responding whether or not they could help me with that) :<
Can anyone help me?
Thank you a lot :<
Sincerely T.T

Damn, you need to be careful when you plan to send high amount of money from one wallet to another, I don't know how good white it customer service is but they are the only one that can give you an answer to this or a solution, there is 70% chance that you aren't getting the money back, if it was binance you will be helped out but whitebit exchange? I don't think so but give it a try

Here are some similar situation but this on is reversed. Sent out TUSD to a USDT wallet. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/help-the-dumb-dumb-i-sent-tusd-to-a-usdt-wallet-is-there-any-hope-5189161

Dont know if it got resolved or not but based of on the situation above then there's no other that can help out but only WhiteBIT(This is my first time on hearing out this platform thought).

So i do agree with that 70% of not getting that money but lets not make our hopes to vanished out and try to contact them as best as you can.
Thank you but I already contacted them and "sorry, we cannot help you"

If you can somehow get the same TUSD public address on TETH network, technically the tokens should be waiting for you there.
But that's something you have to explore on your own, just an idea
Thank you a lot ^^
I will give it a try

I have never heard of whitebit but the solution is the same as other wrongly sent cryptos to another crypto wallet address that has different format. Just as suggested if they cannot help you with the retrieval of your USDT, there is nothing to do with it. There really are exchanges that won't patronize the mistake of their users. Just treat it as a lesson.

No one can help you here to recover the funds because you send funds from one exchange to another so you are not in control on both ends. Contact both the exchanges and wait for their response and I guess Whitebit can recover the funds for you because they control the private keys of their wallets but the chances are very low.
Thank you a lot :<
I contacted them twice to three times but what i received were their silences only...
For Binance, they refused to help because they cannot control the receiver...
Anyway, thank you a lot ^_^
Hope you have a nice weekend
Whitebit is bad on the communication side of things based on my experience but they will surely respond.

As always, It's always advisable to contact any support via email as formal communication, but if whitebit is still silent about the matter get in touch with them on twitter https://twitter.com/WhiteBit  they are active there, good luck.

I already wrote a ticket on their website (and not sure when they can read it)
I will make an appointment at their telegram channel now,
Thank you a lot ^^
Good luck, and I do hope that you manage to sort the issue and get your funds in the end. I see that they are very active in their Telegram group and their admins reply pretty fast. Now only question is whether they want to bother with that, because they certainly can retrieve your funds if they really want to.

Some exchanges do recover users' fund sends on a different chain, but most of them require at least $1000 or more and an additional fee since they have to take a risk with handling their private keys.

You better be prepared for the worst outcome, but make sure to contact and ask them to help you. I won't be surprised if they say they can't do anything about it.

Thank you for your support, joniboini, however, the worst outcome has been drawn, haha, silly me.

Binance can't help even if they wanted to, as USDT is not with them anymore.

Regarding Whitebit, have you tried making a ticket on their website? I just checked their telegram and some users complained about sending UDST using wrong address, and they told them to do that. If I am you, I would try to contact them on Telegram again and explain the issue. Here is the Telegram link by the way https://t.me/White_Bit

Dear Rikafip,

This kind of errors is (sadly) very much common for people that aren't aware that one should have all their senses turned on when making any kind of transaction that uses blockchain as a backbone especially the transactions that are destined to be received from custodial wallets (where you don't control the private keys of it). There are lots of websites that will tell you what you should do whenever you're planning on sending any amount of crypto to another address in order to avoid being stuck in a situation like yours, take Ledger Support page[1] for example:
Quote
Sending
  • Always send a small amount first. Then verify that the transaction was properly received by the recipient before proceeding to send larger amounts.
  • Use secondary communication means when obtaining a recipient address or QR code.
[Example: double-check an exchange deposit address through SMS, email or a messaging app when possible.
  • Check recipient addresses after you copy and paste. Malware on your computer might replace addresses in your clipboard.
  • Verify that the recipient address, amount and fees are correct and that they are the same on both your computer and the device’s screen when sending a transaction.

Regarding your specific problem I would advise you to follows the steps that a fellow member is also doing in trying to retrieve BTC that he deposited in a USDT wallet at Poloniex - Poloniex SupporT! Please Help Me!! (Accidentally deposited BTC to USDT wallet ). What you'll see is that in these scenarios you'll only be able to solve them with the help of the exchange itself and it may take a while before you manage to recover your funds, especially during these times as they will use the "covid excuse" to say that they are overwhelmed thus prolonging even further these kind of situations.

Dear RickDeckard,
It's good to hear that I can recover such amount of money even though the chance is very low (at least it is not 0, haha)
I will try to do everything I can now, thank you for showing me the way ^^
Deep sincerely ^^
