Dont worry about your coinbase account its safe and you cant hack by hackers by sms verification enabled
You can add your ip as whitelist just choose all ip for your country and after that well than all your funds will safe..
You can try also the vault of your coinbase account with two email verification and one sms verification then if you withdraw in vault
2 days process before you recieve a withdrawn bitcoins from vault after verified it..
this is safe for me.. I think you are monitored by hackers via cookies so i think you need to clear all your browser cookies and make sure
to delete all your cookies you can try ccleaner and make sure you have install licenced anti virus and updated to prevent malware and virus
To get your personal information or keylogs..

already move some BTC to my coinbase , Vault is great idea if you plan to store some BTC to use them in the future
about cookies i clear them time to time and i have paid version kaspersky 15.0.0.463

i appreciate all of your replies brothers u really helped me to be safe from this hacker

It sounds like your computer is defected with some viruses or trojans. So first, move all your btc to another wallet and I recommend you to use mycelium wallet if you have an android device.
Secondly, format your PC and install a pure , clean operation system.

thanks for advise will test mycelium wallet in my android phone

Bloclchain security is just a big pile of joke
It's really easy to hack since they have lots of securoty vulnuberality (not sure if i spelled that right)
I used to own coins on blockchain with secondary password and 2FA
Guess what
THEY MANAGED TO BYPASS THE 2FA
They took few of my coins that way Sad
Anyway, i now using desktop wallet which work flawlessly Wink

sorry for your lost bro
already activate second password  mean when i want to send some BTC i need to put second password
cant use desktop wallet at this time bcz i have very slow internet
but if i really have trojan in my laptop he can stole my wallet.dat no ?!

It's important to recognize that hot wallets are good for small amount's.   It's different for everyone but it' spending cash is what they are good for.  You don't want long term holdings.
If doing long term look into cold storage or hardware wallets.  Either one is better then a hot wallet someone is trying to break into.

if is device is infected, it will not change much, actually it make his coins even more vulnerable, because there will be no more 2fa with google

scan your PC for malware and any kinds of keylogger. If there isn't, you should try to reinstall your OS to make sure than switch to use electrum or bitcoincore,...

i have kaspersky paid version but didnt find any malware or viruses maybe this antivirus cant find them if really in my computer !!
i'm using windows 8 it new for me when i chek " Gestionaire des taches " i'm seeing many programs runing like UIExec32, Dynamiclinkmediaserver.exe, CancelAutoPlay_byt ( 32 bits ), srvany ( KM services ) .....

are this programs legit and safe ?

The good thing is you have phone or 2fa on.  Honestly that might have saved you.  Are those different than your IP?   (I'm guessing so).

If they are different they might now have access to your PC, but somehow got login.  Do you log in at any public WIFI, or somewhere not at home? Or do you surf/download any "bad" sites?

If you use the password for anything else I would change it on a computer you know is secure, so they cant get anything.  And I would change password to hot wallet aswell.  But again the part about being a safe and not compromised computer is key or your doing it all and it could be for nothing.

Best solution is to move your bitcoin to another wallet, i recommend bitcoin core or electrum.
If you want to use coinbase then it is fine too with the advantage of free transactions up to 25/day but you don't have control of your private keys

yes i move some BTC to e-coin and coinbase just hope will not get attack again in this wallets  Grin

if you are going to move your bitcoins i suggest not to move them to online websites, it is better to you desktop wallets for you to have full control over your private keys and funds

i agree with you but i have too slow internet connection and the desktop wallets need good internet connection to be updates with blocks
