Wait, they are just some company, maybe they want to mix something in the code of bitcoin so they can have a backdoor for themselves? Thye are sly foxes and if they hide something well it will be probably very hard for other programmers to find. Anyway, I think it is not linked with April 15th at all.

The 420 Alliance Joint Force DAO store is beginning participation on April 15th 4:20pm PST.

The DAO is going to be a major factor in user creation. DAOs in 2015 are looking good. I hope to see many Bitcoin based DAOs soon!
