true, very glad I bought though, we'll see where it bottoms, I'm guessing it'll stay low until the week of the fork, I think a lot of people will take their money out of btc to be safe. That money might flow back into the alts

Just hold for now it will skyrocket in the coming year. THe price is irrelevant now.
I have 50k sonm. My target price is fifty cents. I do not intend to sell before the end.

For any crypto project, a team is most important if you have a great project but have only 2-3 developers you can never achieve your milestone. A lot of people are talking about Neblio how awesome their project is and bla bla .... but when you check Neblio team they have only 2 developers, with only 2 developers you can't deliver a working product in time.
On the other hand, SONM has 7 full-time developers on their team (other than advisers & managers) and their cloud computing technology is not only advancer than Golem but covers a wider range of task.
A great team, sufficient number of developers to deliver the project on time, a project which solves the real-world problem what else you need. My speculation is SONM market cap should be around 500 Mil within 3-4 months, which makes it 10x from the current price.
And after August 2018 when their final product would come out 1 Billion market cap is no joke.
The number of developers does not tell the whole story, you do not need a lot of developers for a project that is relatively simple, but if the project is impossible then it does not matter that you have 100 developers the project is never going to be ready, so as you can see we cannot just look at the number of developers and say which one is the most serious of the two. The price of sonm will go up and down but the overall trend now is up. It was flat for many months at 1500 sats, but it was recently doubled after joining binance exchange and will go up even more! This Q4 and 2018 will be big for sonm
its interesting to see the progress after several months of doing nothing and lucky for those who ride with pumped now that its staying again with3k sat i think too that chances to rise after this year would still be possible, lets just keeps on holding and wait for a while then enjoy after.

Maybe investors are seeing something that we do not, but I think there was a lot of trouble with the distribution of the tokens and maybe that is still affecting the price besides I think that until something is shown people are afraid that this is nothing but vaporware, there are projects that have been giving promises for years and have not delivered, so maybe the same is happening to SONM.

SONM has been mentioned on countless lists as the coin to watch for in Q4 2017; but let's see. It has a SOLID TEAM, and they have kept their deadlines. Plus they have a REAL CONTRACT WITH A REAL COMPANY (read post above) for services.
There are so many shit coins out there - that it's tough to figure out which one is decent.
I look for three things
1) the TECH - and is it scalable
2) The TEAM
3) The Whitepaper
SONM checks all three boxes. I bought a 1000 just because they signed a contract with a major Russian cloud services provider on September 25th/26th. That's why the price hike. And they are in Barcelona now, and another announcement coming in 5-7 days.
It's a coin - and if price drop again, I am buying more.

I sold BNB at 80 cents. Feel so fucking stupid now.
Don't sell all at once
I sell half when I think it hit its highs, then half of the remaining when it goes higher/lower by x%, and the rest of it I usually hold.
And for the record I havent sold a single SONM and don't plan on it for a very long time!
I dumped my SONM yesterday at Binance. 2 days and I was able to get my BTC out. Why don't you use it?
