Well, if you can't make a signed message out of the address/es used/posted of that account(Bitcoin-men), like SFR10 said, you can't recover your account since what's you're trying isn't on the acceptable method/s.

If you can sign a message using the address highlited then you have a higher chance to recover your account. OR a screenshot from your email that shows the username of yours like "Dear Bitcoin-Men" since it will prove that you're the owner of the email that was used to register from Bitcoin-Men account tho I dont think admin will consider it since signed message is much accepted proof.

The issue here, is the fact that the way you're trying to recover the account, isn't among the acceptable methods (those that sign a message [correctly], usually have to wait for a very long time [more than a few months]):

You can try to reset your password in email if that still able to receive notifications per se you can reset the password and try to login with the new password and we will see if the account of yours is still "locked"
