I did not violate any rules, and it's not right in relation to me, why then when registering requires mail? If administrators have deigned to write a warning, but, alas, it's better to just not return the account "yes"?

If you can't sign a message with an established address, you have nearly no chance to recover the account. Theymos laid out what is accepted as account proof and rarely waivers from that.
