So can I start making those condoms for real?

Of course, merit sources would be prohibited from exchanging merits for anything of value.
Strictly speaking non-merit source members would not be prohibited, but might receive negative trust or some other form of scowling from other members.

yeah... I think there is a big interest in such bitcointalk merchandises I'm pretty sure apparel stuff would sell the best and would help for gaining attention on bitcoin/bitcointalk
