Is there any user of that platform can talk about it? Fees, personal experience, quick responses from the support team, problem solving.
I tried searching and found that they have an account here[1] (no longer active) and it has been since 2015 without complaints of scam or customer problem.

For this, it's best to seek out help from a spanish speaker as it does look like they appeal to them more.

From what I can see, most of the threads mentioning them (in bitcointalk) are also in spanish local board and so, you may try asking there (unless english posts are not allowed in the board)

Some fairly recent:

Me recomendáis un exchange para vender Bitcoin a final de mes. - 2021
Mover dinero entre bancos y exchanges - 2020
Pido consejo para vender bitcoin - 2020
... etc.

I think Bit2me should prove to the crypto users in Brazil first, about their platform as a whole and their Reputation, before they target 20 million users, competition is fierce in Brazil.

Fees, handling support team, and providing more options will attract users easily.

Bit2me, a Spanish cryptocurrency exchange, is considering entering the Latin American market. The company has begun operations in BTC by establishing a local office to handle compliance issues and ensure that the exchange is a safe alternative for Brazilians. The exchange hopes to successfully penetrate the country's 20-million-customer market.
If the exchange site Bit2me, will open a branch in Brazil, Bit2me will compete with 11 other crypto exchanges that are quite popular and trusted in Brazil such as Mercado Bitcoin and Binance.

What the Bit2me exchange site in Brazil wants to do, other exchange sites are already doing it, such as: Bitfinex, OKCoin, the one from Hong Kong and China.

As I've read: 11 trusted online cryptocurrency exchanges operating in Brazil including Mercado Bitcoin, Foxbit, and eToro.

In my opinion, if Bit2me is aiming for 20 million users, in the next few years, it might be a bit of a challenge, Mercado Bitcoin alone, which has been operating in Brazil for a long time and is trusted, only has 1,500,000 users, the second is Binance.

I had never heard of it before, but it seems to me that it is very popular locally, so I decided to do a quick search and found the following:

  • The platform does not have a good reputation as its rating is low on trustpilot https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.bit2me.com.
  • Has many investors including Huobi Capital And ICON Foundation.
  • Technical support is weak for the platform and there is no communication with customers.
  • Many complain about currency withdrawal problems, which is a bad sign.

I hope they solve these problems before thinking about expansion, or it will only get worse.

Shocked Bit2me now has a presence in Brazil. With Latam as a target, Bit2me, one of the most well-known exchanges in Spain, is taking efforts to grow into the Latin American market. According to announcements from the exchange to local media, the exchange announced the opening of a new office in Brazil that will focus on compliance activities. This deployment is part of the exchange's plan to gradually expand its services to the region's Spanish-speaking countries.
