And I don't really expect to unpause it after the recent troubles, so you can consider it "dead".

The signature campaign ended too today, so it may be that Mandica ended the promotions, at least for now.

Mandica as campaign manager have to answer question: What was the target of this contest?
1. The biggest number of retweets, no matter of how participants do that (exchanges, friends, contests)
2. The biggest number of natural retweets.

If 1 - bonus is for kpcian, if 2 - have to look for other tweet.

Yes and I didn't paid anyone because they're asking to escrow the fund and i had no time to contact with escrow.So i closed the thread.I don't think anyone followed the rule there.

You are the manager of this campaign, so you have the right to take any decision about this campaign. BTW, personally, I feel that he shouldn't be eligible for the bonus since his tweet has not attracted the people, but had forced them to retweet his tweet just to earn few cents. So, it would be totally unfair for the participants who had really tried hard to attract people by making quality tweets. Thats just my opinion, anyway.

I don't see he paid anyone. I think it was your fault, you didn't make any rules about it.if you think the tweet is good for your project and if the tweet have the highest retweet from any other tweets in your campaign.You should honor what you promised.

I think i didn't break any rules.Talking about the games and round thread I closed the thread as soon as people were complain about escrow or something.I hardly got maybe 2 retweets from that thread.It's up to you, the tweet has original content and i just checked today that i got more retweets than any other tweets.
