Yes I understand the differences thanks. But that doesn't address my point about confusion and complexity. Additionally, the dividend token is a security while the utility token is a network access token. You've decentivized investors to invest in your utility token by offering a dividend in the security token. Meanwhile you are also saying that your utility token is less risky than the other. Having two tokens cannablizes the other.
Good luck, but unfortunately I'm not sure how having two adds value for an investor.
The two token types cover different aspects of the investment case rather well. They were borne out of overwhelming investor demand. Originally there were just dividend tokens but because of the requests, two tokens were created. This has received great response from those who just want to earn dividends, those who just want to play the liquidity game on crypto exchanges, and those who want to do both.

The purpose of having two different types of tokens is to cater to all types of investors; ones that value yield above all and others that favor token liquidity over yield, as the utility-token will be featured in more exchanges than the dividend-token due to their different nature.
The holders of the dividend-token obtain a 2% dividend stream paid at the end of the week (and a special dividend at the end of the year), while the utility-token holders receive higher payouts on the trading platform itself and a wider variety of assets inside the platform as well as participation in the token buy-back program.

The supply not available in the sale will be used to purchase smaller brokerages looking to exit, two of which we have already run due-diligence on and received indicative fair valuation ranges for (c. $0.1-0.3m range cumulative). This will grow our platform userbase, bringing much more value to the dividends paid to D tokens, and at the same time this growth will increase demand for U tokens to gain the trading platform benefits. Then you factor in the U token buyback program.

A very interesting model that developers provide. Each investor has the right to choose which token to receive, or it will be a token with accrual of dividends or it will be a token that will be applicable within the system and will not have restrictions on adding to the main exchanges.

I just wanted to say thanks to the spectre team for answering queries I have in a short timeframe. Great to know the team cares.
Nice kind words but that's what we should expect from all of these companies. Responsiveness and customer service is a core tenet of success. Any company that can't execute this doesn't deserve any investment funds.
Nice kind words, and so true! Spectre's helpfull and friendly attitude towards interested investors helped it to collect $7mill. in pre-sale - despite its negligence to allow whales to interfere by contributing $7million, despite its short appearance in publicity.
