This is extremely unlikely as not everyone who will invest in the project will want to use the platform.

No difference. 1 ETH=2000 tokens and 1 ETH is the minimum. Mainsale starts on Nov 17, and during the first week you will get a bonus of 11%. After that no bonus.

If people want to reinvest their dividend they can visit exchanges where spec-d is offered and use those dividends to buy more spec-d on the open market.
