If you are talking about ED I think there's some issue about that exchange its really better to have a new exchange that will cater the trade while waiting for the actual system that spectre team still developing, I think its worth waiting as the result can be huge after, just keep your coin and if you have spare money buy more and expect the positive result.

Both belong to one company only SXDT and SXUT token. Through "D" token you will get dividends from the starting from April but for "U" it is a utility token and both of these tokens will give you benefit in the long run.

If I understand it correctly, SXDT is a security token, which is hard to be listed on some major exchanges.
I'd hold SXDT as long term investment.
