That's really a good value for dividends, lucky for those who are just holding while waiting for the project being completely showcase everything,

These dividends will be paid in the month April, yesterday Spectre support team mentioned they will start distributing the dividends in the month of the April. Maybe in the march, they will start announcing some more amount which they will allocate for dividends.

That's sadly true, but I've tested IDEX in the last few days and I'm really impressed how good it works in combination with a Ledger Nano S. No need to create an account, just login with the Ledger, select one of your ETH wallets and you are able to deposit. As you said, the problem is no volume there.

searching back log is a long process. had to go back to beginning of January
it interacts with the same smart contract as EtherDelta (which is why the prices and trade history are the same on both).
There are a lot of explainations if you do a search for forkdelta etherdelta

Just my little 2 cents: one of the only ways things will change is when millions of people demonstrate on the streets in the US demanding equal rights to invest as the accredited investors do. This will need to be on the media, every news channel to force a discussion and awareness of how controlling the US authorities are. Maybe things will change at that point. But the pressure needs to be on. At the same time I don't think it can be the responsibility of blockchain companies such as spectre to push the boat out.

Only Decentralized exchange like EtherDelta, IDEX or ForkDelta are the exchange avaiable for SXDT token, is right?

It's best really to not discuss exchanges by name. They are being worked on.
