I think it's not hard to buy WebMoney account. This provider is very popular in not only Russia but in poor countries where people don't care about their identities and would be more than willing to sell their KYC verified account for some bucks. It's not the right advice but just saying...
I think it's not good idea to suggest buying account.

Yandex money can be a webmoney's alternative but idk if they ask you for KYC. At past they weren't asking.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Yandex Money is only for Russian citizens, for KYC Russian passport is required. BTW, it's not Yandex Money anymore, it's YooMoney.

by the way: too bad now aliexpress charge us the VAT (thanks Europe Angry)
Yeah, I hate this thing. But I think it's better and more convenient to be charged on Aliexpress than declare everything yourself and get charged by post. In my country you still have to pay €1 to post even if you declare good yourself, what is ridiculous.

I'm glad they do, because my local post delivery service would charge a lot more on top of the VAT.

Bitrefill added this week Astropay for European citizens. And from what I understand, the web wallet provides a VCC. I have no seen anything talking about a verification ID. Its FAQ is very light, and the Terms & conditions page is written in a too-small size, so it's possible I missed the point but I've seen nothing about a KYC.

Does anyone have an experience to share? First time I hear about astropay

I'm not used with Webmoney but when you say "quite limited" without going through the KYC process". Limited how?
I was referring to their daily[$100], weekly[$300], and monthly[$500] limits for WMZ[$] purses for the "Alias passport" type.
- I believe you have to at least verify your phone number even for the alias type [I can't recall exactly since I upgraded mine right away to increase my limits].

Because Coinsbee or Bitrefill (or both) sell vouchers for Webmoney if I remember correctly. So it could be a solution.
You're right [I didn't know that] but at the moment, it's out of stock on Coinsbee. I always deposited my BTCitcoins "directly" into my WMX[BTCitcoin] purse, then converted everything to my WMZ[$] purse.

I use paywithmoon and it works very well. The merchant doesn't need to be based in the US, they just need to accept US credit cards. You might also need to provide a valid US address when the merchant asks for billing information. There are some restrictions but those are typical of many credit cards and they wouldn't apply to an Aliexpress purchase. There is no KYC or phone verification required to use a card from Moon so it is really convenient. If a store doesn't accept the card you can just load the balance to your Amazon.com account so it doesn't go to waste.

Not my cup of tea.

The list is outdated I think. See for exemple with Bitwala. They do ask to verify your identity. The time when we could get a card (no matter if it's virtual or physical) without to be bothered with the KYC verification is like the Middle Ages.

Also, Coinsbee can be a good option for you, here is their ANN thread - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/coinsbeecom-buy-gift-cards-with-about-50-crypto-currencies-5182163

Coinsbee doesn't sell any VCC voucher for my needs and the only solutions left are Tonéo and PCS. Wich I don't want to use, as mentionned in the original post.
They did it before with Prepaiddigitalsolution but they removed it + I don't want to loose money a second time

If KYC wasn't an issue for you, I would've suggested paying with WebMoney on Aliexpress...
- Without going through the KYC process, you're quite limited.

Notes:
- It might take a while before you get used to all of its terms and how everything works but it's worth it.
- Personally, I haven't used Aliexpress but up until a few months ago, I was using WebMoney regularly and the only reason why I stopped was because of the fact that I found a better alternative to transfer my funds locally.

There's also "DashBargain [I can't vouch]" that orders the items from their own account with your shipping address.

Directly to the buyer  Smiley We purchase the items with your shipping address and forward you the tracking number after the purchase.

Amazon, Ebay, Aliexpress and many more.

Also, there is a list from LuckyBtc of VCC providers that doesn't ask you for KYC documents - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1DRbTeMCzb4UeXI0YlAzBxMc2u2i0cN_17Ql6eMngK6E/edit?usp=drivesdk

thanks guys.

@SFR10

One of the problem is not all sellers accept the same payment methods. Some use CC only, some use Paypal, etc.

I will take a look at Dashbargain.

@dkbit98

Opening an account on a centralized platform is a NO for me. In France, we have to report every year all accounts we have with crypto exchanges. Even closed. (otherwise we can receive a fine of 750€ per account). And that's something I don't want to do. Especially if it's just to get a bank card.
I leaved centralized exchanges long ago

@LoyceV

I don't expect this to happen anytime soon either. And it's been a long time since I've seen a shop without gift cards. I have no idea why Aliexpress doesn't offer (Maybe for accounting reasons) but weird

The platform doesn't have any kind of gift card program
I searched for it, and several sites claim that Aliexpress offers gift cards, but none of them work. All of them probably try to sneak in their reference cookies when you click their link.
Considering China is at currently at their fifth-ish crackdown on Bitcoin, I don't expect Ali to start accepting it any time soon. But it's weird they don't sell gift cards: any large webshop has it, and it's big business ($619 billion 2 years ago).

There are a lot of restrictions for using Moon visa prepaid cards and it's can't be used at non-US based merchants, so I see no benefit of using this card.
Only option I know of spending crypto like this is opening account on some centralized exchanges (Binance or Coinbase) and ordering card from them, but kyc will be mandatory for this and you are spending crypto indirectly.

Block halving is coming.
Yesterday there is someone talks about paywithmoon from this thread and I tried to search about this I can't find any reviews yet about their service.

Actually, if there are some users here that can prove that they are legit I might use this on some marketplace like eBay or Walmart but for now, there are no latest reviews about their service. I like their VCC you can easily make a payment on Amazon I watch their videos here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=drSaOi6Exxc but I don't know if you can still use them to buy on Amazon because there is a tweet before that they disable the Amazon transactions look at this below

Hey everyone! Quick update: Amazon transactions have been disabled and will be reenabled in Q1 2020 when we launch a major update to Moon. Along with reenabling Amazon transactions, you'll have access to a much wider variety of merchants. But in the meantime...

Why not make a review and try for some small transactions Huh

Is there a way to spend your bitcoins while shopping on Aliexpress?

The platform doesn't have any kind of gift card program, so looking for a place to buy some and pay with BTC was a waste of time.
I remembered about VCC issued by PrepaidDigitalsolution but fuck them, I've lost 100€ already, I'm not going to try that a second time.
Look like they were the only one

PCS or Toneo are a NO, since I'll need to be "KYC'ed"
Perhaps https://paywithmoon.com/ is an alternative. I didn't look deeper into the website. I knew it while it was in the beta phase and nowadays not a lot of people talk about their experience

I'm looking to buy items using Zigbee protocol and it's extremely hard to find them here. Or with a price x5 higher and very limited
