Once VonSpass sends me the list, I will go over it and do a little audit (look at the blockchain and that kind of stuff). Once everything checks out, give me a couple of days to prepare the transactions and I will send all refunds all at once (or within a very short span of time.)

As previously mentioned, I have sent out the letter to all ICO participants, requesting from them their CBX deposit address so they will get their CBX investment back, minus the 5%.
As for the timing of this reimbursement, to be fair to everybody it will be done in very few batches, within the same hour as humanly possible; so to this effect I am still waiting for the answer back from about half of the ICO participants.
We will allow 3 more days for the deposit addresses from the participants to come in, then after this we will proceed to the reimbursement with the addresses we have.

Thank you for your support. SPK was a nice idea (still is, imo).
If the anticipated snowball effect had taken place during the ICO, it would have been great for both CBX and SPK; and I would have had a team of paid programmers catering to all the network's needs, instead of unreliable free contributors investing their time in the project without getting paid. It was the perfect storm brewing, with so few CBX actually circulating for sale in the market; it wouldn't have taken much to make a big difference, for all of us.
Unfortunately, people sent in the CBX they had already, problem is almost nobody actually made the move to go buy some to send them in the ICO;
If there is a next ICO, it will be Bitcoin; lesson learned.

What will happen with the CBX that went from the foundation wallets into the Spark ICO?
Well I have seen some mis-tagged CBX addresses belonging to elambert personally investing in SPK; but there was no contribution from the foundation.

Still missing CBX addresses for 6000 CBX to be reimbursed;
guys you have one more day to reply to the reimbursement statement email with your CBX address where you want us to pay you back; after this we will proceed with what we have.
In case we don't get all addresses, we will keep those CBX for a determined period for their rightful owner.

Why refund is taking place? It seem like u hired a contract coder and he doesn't want to work for u anymore. The root case of the problem could be that he shoots meth into his veins or he is just sick and can't appear online at this time. Or the reason may be that he struggles alzheimer syndrome and can't plug laptop power cord into the socket outlet.

In a bid to maintain transparency, I have to report that I am without any news from our programmer, since 2 weeks ago.
He had announced to me he had overcome some important programming hurdles, however now I feel I am holding up people's investments for too long and I feel unsure about the seriousness of his dedication to SPK.
If the investors decide accordingly, Dabs, our escrow, can reimburse everybody his CBX investment (minus escrow charges), or we can continue to wait for our programmer to follow through; what does everybody say?

As I was presenting... the guys won some btc from reward stacking with our cbx(s) ... and let us behind .....
And during this time the cbx was dumped...
so we lost value on our capital as well as time to follow this topic ...
If I recall, CBX was already at a very low point when the ICO was taking place; we lose the 5% escrow, and any CBX staking we could have done during this period.
Indeed, the escrowed coins have not been hogging the PoSP staking program of CBX, as they were not in a staking wallet.
I have sent an ultimatum to the programmer dev who is working on SPK, he has 24h to respond.
