Just checked out your site and I like the dark look overall. The UI itself looks sleek and I had no trouble registering and logging in. I don't have any EOS currently though and I might buy some later, but the addition of BTC soon is a good move.

What is the juice(%) in this site? Observed that the lines are pretty close to Pinnacle lines which is a good thing. Overall, I am interested in this decentralized sportsbook.

BTC would be nice addition and if they can add doge as well. But I am curious if this sportsbetting site is registered somewhere? Since they listed their partners, do they have certain type of license to be acquired to get their business legal?

guess who's back
Are you kidding me guys.
Take a look at one of the most popular todays matches:
Bournemouth - Manchester City
then look at most liquid market of this match:
asian handicap HOME TEAM +2 -- AWAY TEAM -2
then look at odds:
Odds outcome 1:  2.05
Odds outcome 2:  1.69
The bookmaker takes a margin of 7.95% (payout is: 92.05%).

You guys have a good idea but with such low payout your sportsbook will be one of the worst on the market. Hope you change this attitude in the future.

that's true margin is really high , but to be fair as well I have found a couple of games where the prices for certain teams were higher than pinnacle
so in general if you keep using the site instead of pinnacle you will lose a lot of  value , but occasionally you may be able to find a good line for a certain selection
also the site seems to have a lot of betting options which is really nice , but of course lower margin would be much better

I guess this high margin is mainly due to their 3% lossback with SBET bets , but I guess the majority of bettors just want to use EOS or BTC

BTC betting will be offered soon.

interesting , that would be great actually
any idea how long it can possibly take to add it ? honestly I'm not into EOS at all and I don't feel safe holding anything that's not BTC

will give EOS a shot but there is noway that I will wager close amounts to what I usually wager with BTC

any idea how long it can possibly take to add it ?

We expect it in 2-4 weeks

EOS is getting quiet popular in the gambling industry but majority of the players yet prefer to play with bitcoins only, and if you take up to 4 weeks to get it then you’ll loose out on lots of revenue.

@Haunebu I’ll second that thier UI is very good, and I liked the fact they have chosen dark mode as it’s the latest trend in designing websites. I have a question relating to dividends if a user buys and holds your coin will he get dividends for it, or he needs to play on bets and then only he’ll get dividends if you could clarify.

As I can see you are trying to log in from the desktop browser. You need to run Scatter EOS wallet to do that. If it isn't running, our system is trying to detect it for around 15 seconds and shows a pop-up after.
Yeah i did try to logged in and it should show up that you would need some EOS wallet to go in but thats not the case here because even i already add up
scatter- I do still have the same problem. Why?

It's really strange. Please, check if there is any scatter update available. If no, please try to use any other dapp and report the result to Karin Russel in our Telegram group https://t.me/SportBetOfficial

I understand now. Well, how can we know that you can pay us back in every bet results? For example, what happens if any errors occur? I bet and I won. But my prize did not come to my wallet? This is a problem on ordinary betting sites. As a decentralized project, can there be such situations?

A chance of error always exists. You can track all your bets not only on the UI under My Bets tab but also in the blockchain explorer. If something wasn't paid - just contact us via telegram https://t.me/SportBetOfficial and we will look into it.

Thank you for your good answer. I'll think about betting and will look at how it works completely.

A decentralized e-sport betting is a good one and I don't know how it will work as it seems from the site that you are still in control. I will like to ask the plan you have concerning marketing because it is new ideas and many people did not know about your decentralized betting platform!

There are not many decentralized betting platforms but this one can create a lot of attractions because of it decentralized nature.
Also I would like to know that we can only bet with EOS on this site and not the bitcoins ?

So far you can bet only with EOS and our native token - SBET. We are going to offer bitcoin betting soon, but it will require deposits (however we will record all the bets in the EOS blockchain).

Before commenting on this thread I already visited the site you have a good platform design for decentralized sports betting site but I have a  question since their a lot of sport betting site in the market how can you bring more player to bet in your site? How about marketing strategy do you plan to make a small promotion on this site?

You are the 2nd one to ask about promo on this site. We will definitely think about it.

Using up chrome and had decent internet speed but this loading took forever.

I first thought of sportsbet.io when I saw the thread. But a different one when I looked into it. Did the dev derive their name from sportsbet.io? But anyway, this is a decentralized one, so understandably, there's no KYC and I think that's one feature that might attract high-roller gamblers. They don't have to think about KYC stuff as long as they have their own EOS account. And yes, as a new player in this area, I guess a good marketing campaign is in place for this project.

Could you tell us about your deposit and withdrawal options? What currency do we use when betting on the Platform? Let's say we made a deposit with Ethereum.

We don't have deposits or withdrawals. We are a decentralized platform so you bet directly via a blockchain transaction. We accept bets in EOS and our native token - SBET. You will need to use EOS wallet to be able to play on SportBet. Soon we will offer BTC betting, but it will require deposits.

Here is a video review of our platform: https://youtu.be/yasoj3wuXEA

Based on his FAQ If your bet wins or an error occurs (if the event was canceled, abandoned or postponed) payment will be made within 12h after the end of the event.
Supposedly if our bet is won the payout goes directly into the wallet. I have never played in decentralized gambling but if there are errors or something like that you can contact support regarding your problem. Unfortunately, I do not see how to contact support there.
