Try not to do what UserU has done as he is a busy person after all you can contact the support team even without logging in or visiting the website. Here is their email address "[email protected]" which you will receive a reply within 24 hours or even less. Although I have experienced the connection error in the past all I can say that it wasn't a individual problem where it has something to do with Bitsler blocking some IP addresses temporarily, your main problem would really be your account recovery though.

Yes, only the smallest bets are impacted, we slowed down them to avoid overloading the servers. We will try to find the good balance between the amount and speed within the day.

No problem, no one tells you to play on such websites and as I see this post is pretended to bitsler so let me explain, they require KYC for example when you deposited 1 btc and withdrew immediately or just do some 0.00001 bet and then withdrew, it really looks like you are trying to launder money. If you find websites which let you to do this, then good (or possibly bad).
