^ You missed the term wagering contest at the end. The requirement is pretty straightforward no level requirements, minimum bets, etc. All bets made after 31 billion and so on will get counted. There's still a few hours left before the contest ends you can find the leaderboard of the contest by clicking the trophy on the left side then click the special contest tab. All 40 participants could get more than 0.013 btc since they also have a daily and weekly wagering contest.

I don't understand what the requirement for entry is? What do we have to do to get this prize? So far there are little information regarding what the promotion is.
We all know its the promotion for 31th billion bet, and checking the forum itself we all see that prize is 0.52 bitcoin and per user the win is 0.013 (which is great for a promotion kudos) and we all see that the promotion opens after the 31th billion bet and closes today as well but what is exactly the requirement? Like what do we have to do to get in and earn that prize? Without knowing what to do all I can guess is maybe its the first 40 bets after the 31th billion? Maybe there is some sort of low bet requirement? Seriously I can see the promotion and the prize is a good chunk of money so I would like to enter but dunno how.

I have cleared cache and cookies, restarted my mobile, and logged out then logged back in.
I don't think my connection is a problem, because this only happened around 3 to 4 days. (I previously played via mobile and nothing like this happened)

it is your connection, most likely
bitsler uses reverse proxy service Cloudflare (if I'm not mistaken) and it could connect you through a different server during these 3-4 days
which might have throttled your connection speed or just be slower
you could try and use a different ISP/mobile operator to see if that is the case

I can't seem to see his account, when I too try to click the name it sends me to somewhere that says page not found. Also on this post you give the name "justyna87" that won all of this and on the pictures that shows the wins it is once again justyna87 so I assume thats the person who won but when I click on your link to go to the user it sends me to someone called jessidul29 instead, so I decided to delete that on the link and add justyna87 and check that but unfortunately that didn't worked out as well because that sent me to page not found as well.
I don't know if its a problem from my end or your end since the same thing happened twice but I just wanted to give a heads up about it so you would know that maybe others wouldn't be capable of checking it neither. If anyone has the same trouble just go to the site and get to weekly contest and justnya87 is there and you can click on his name there which works as a in site pop up instead and gives all the stats you may wanna check.

This is indeed a big crazy win. I believe in this 2019 there is so many big winners coming out suddenly. Congrats for the big winners. Wondering what strategy did they used to get this huge winning, anyone might be able to join them soon if they share it here
