According to the screenshot, your withdrawal is on hold which means there is something they are investigating or need to verify before the approve it.
Check your email address and see if there was any message they sent you regarding the withdrawal. 5 days is surely a long time to keep waiting without being told why the withdrawal is on hold. You could also contact support with your account details.

You should have received an email about your pending withdrawal as 5 days has been passed already.Live supports always said:

After my last withdrawal they have removed my Nitro while I only used 4-5 out of 7 days Nitro boost. Support didn't even care what I asked and only explanation was I have to increase wager to bring it back, no positive answer for lossback request on level up too. IMO, they can't get new users and doing manual reviews on accounts to find excuses for covering business expenses.
The 1st and 2nd withdrawal was instant.
But for the 3th withdrawal it was on hold.
