Is it confirmed on the network? If it is confirmed on the network then it should be added within a short time. I have used bitsler for a long time but I have never faced any issues with deposits. If the rewards will continuously decrease the players will start to pissed off and get tired on your events. Admins should pay attention on this kind of situation and should focusing on giving the players what they deserve. Yet, we should give them some time to get better and there is always a room for improvement.
I think they are becoming losers day by day for sportsbooks that's why they are decreasing rewards and promotional offer day by day as they do have not sufficient funds to spend. I believe the coupon amount is based on your wagered amount for the month but also factors in things such as amount you have won/lost as well. The amount is never anything to care about, so really it doesn't matter it's just a little bit to have some fun on IMO.

There is no official statement about Bitsler monthly bonus calculation system. However, the monthly bonus email says this Quote
The Monthly Coupon amount depends on your activity over the last 15 days and your membership level. The minimum amount is $2.50 and the maximum is $2,000. Max. claims: 4,500.
Perhaps, you had wagered higher amount in the last 15 days period during the previous monthly bonus time than this time. I have asked Bitsler support to know the monthly bonus calculation formula and received a funny answer from the support agent
