Why the hell these bitsler scammers keep promoting this kind of tournaments as if it was made and paid by them? Lol they are such scammers. Admins saying they canceled xp contests and everything because stuff like this, but nothing is paid from their pockets lol. Garbage lying disgusting scammers. Odd providers do end up getting a lot of money from these casinos, which is good for them because they are ending up with something that is good return and it is not going to hurt them neither, because they are not spending money on marketing.

They give a bare bottom amount to them, like what they will get, and the places that uses them ends up putting more on top of it according to how much they want to earn, 5-10% is the max I have seen, any place that does more usually has too high odds and usually gets customers harder. Which is why I believe that we shouldn't really be worried about the current situation, we should be focusing on how good they are using it, not what odd provider they use.

I am not sure But I think the odd provider of these three sites is the same. While I see on the gambling (cricket) their design of the cricket page is almost same and decrease of the odd limit is also the same. We have nothing to do if they lower our limit and the customer support team says the same (we have nothing to do type words).

I had the exact same problem with bitsler (but also with Stake, and SportsBet). They always told me that the limit was set by the odd provider. I cannot bet more than 0.2 mBtc on bitsler most of the time (except maybe for premier league main markets). On Stake it is even worse, and for sportsbet they have also lowered my odds. I think it is quite common among casinos ...
 

Are you sure that you tried to claim the bonus after 5 minutes when it was published? The monthly bonus link was posted at 14:40 UTC in Bitsler telegram channel. But the coupon validity is "16/09/2022 15:00 UTC - 23/09/2022 15:00 UTC". They have mentioned it in the bonus announcement. You tried to claim the bonus before it was available to claim there. As a result, you didn't receive anything at the moment.

This is the problem on launching giveaways on the social media that has a limited claim. There’s a lot of user that abusing the claim through multiple account. This is also happening on other casino that launching there giveaways on social media. You will notice that there’s only few reaction on the post while the bonus is already claimed with few post interaction. You will be lucky if you manage to claim on this event but most of the time it’s too hard to compete on social media bot that abusing this kind of giveaways.

As I could not win I have no idea that they will ask it for legit user too. And after verification of my kyc they made everything normal. But after probably 1 day they have made my limit of betting on cricket. On their support they told me that their odd provider limited my bet limit and they have nothing to do. While I have bet for 100$ (example) then if they limit it to 0.05$ then there is no meaning to operate the account. When anyone win they will limit bet amount but when lose they never limit bet amount.
