I want to apologize for the lack of communication during the past 36 hours since Bitsler was down for maintenance. Those last hours have been really hard for the members of our team, but informing players should always be our priority as it will be now and looking forward. I want to reassure all players who still have funds on Bitsler (balances or pending withdraws), that all your coins are safe and nobody has lost or will lose it, this is our main concern at the moment.
Bitsler is more than just a casino. We always imagined and portrayed Bitsler as a family of people. We consider all members of the community that have a positive effect on the rest of the community as part of this family. Obviously, this feeling is even stronger with people that are working with us and who made a lot of advances in the past possible. During the last few months, Bitsler has been targeted by many attacks and we did our best to fight back and to protect what we built up with you.
However, some of us are really tired and despite all our efforts, it created some internal tensions.
Today our number one priority is to refund all players and it should be done in the next few days where we will give you the details as soon as we will be able to. After that, we need to take a step back and talk together about what we want for the future. Whichever course of action we end up taking will not be easy, but it has to happen none the less and it can't be done in the rush. During this time Bitsler will be down but we will continue to read your messages and will try to answer as many questions as possible. Everything will be done with the utmost transparency and we will communicate on all decisions that could be taken in the following days or weeks.
We want to thank you all for your understanding, patience, and support that some of you always shown us which was amazing. We will do our best to deserve it again once we get through this initial phase.

There are alot of
GREAT DDOS Protection companies such as Cloudflare, HyperFilter. And hey! You even use Cloudflare, so how is possible that DDOS hit you hard? I don't understand
