Oldschool!
I love Bitsler, but in the last days he has been a victim of me.

I sent an e-mail three times and request withdrawal my coins. I've always met the same automatic answers. It's sad.

Because the coins in the three days has lost 20% of the value.

Baryom, you should tell us when the site will be active. At least do this, my friend.
Just chill dude as far as I know you, me, and Bitsler are all victims here from the DDoS attack. Butsler didn't want to make their site be down and have a maintenance break but thats how DDoS attacks work they put a halt in a website's services. Bitsler didn't want to delay your funds and they are not the ones to be at blame here as their business operations are also damaged by the attacks both parties here are affected and what you can do is be patient about your funds.

Their forum is fine and not affected by ddos?

They announced there is more to it than just ddos.

Hopefully they sort it out soon and nobody gets hurt to much in the process.

Hard to believe that they are shutting down the site due to ddos attack, the issue must be bigger than said.

I look forward hearing good news.

Very unfortunate this whole situation. Hopefully they can hurry up and start the refund/manual withdrawal process so people, including myself, can withdraw their big bankrolls.

Their official forums is even completely useless as well, can't even login.

Hi all,

I want to apologize for the lack of communication during the past 36 hours since Bitsler was down for maintenance. Those last hours have been really hard for the members of our team, but informing players should always be our priority as it will be now and looking forward. I want to reassure all players who still have funds on Bitsler (balances or pending withdraws), that all your coins are safe and nobody has lost or will lose it, this is our main concern at the moment.

Bitsler is more than just a casino. We always imagined and portrayed Bitsler as a family of people. We consider all members of the community that have a positive effect on the rest of the community as part of this family. Obviously, this feeling is even stronger with people that are working with us and who made a lot of advances in the past possible. During the last few months, Bitsler has been targeted by many attacks and we did our best to fight back and to protect what we built up with you.
However, some of us are really tired and despite all our efforts, it created some internal tensions.

Today our number one priority is to refund all players and it should be done in the next few days where we will give you the details as soon as we will be able to. After that, we need to take a step back and talk together about what we want for the future. Whichever course of action we end up taking will not be easy, but it has to happen none the less and it can't be done in the rush. During this time Bitsler will be down but we will continue to read your messages and will try to answer as many questions as possible. Everything will be done with the utmost transparency and we will communicate on all decisions that could be taken in the following days or weeks.

We want to thank you all for your understanding, patience, and support that some of you always shown us which was amazing. We will do our best to deserve it again once we get through this initial phase.

The bitsler's team

Please it's 2018... Haven't you not prepared yourself during all those "online" years? I've just felt sad for all Gamblers out there from Bitsler...

There are alot of GREAT DDOS Protection companies such as Cloudflare, HyperFilter. And hey! You even use Cloudflare, so how is possible that DDOS hit you hard? I don't understand

Anyway good luck with it. Will stay up to date with latest feedbacks.

A lot of bitcoin gambling sites recently had ddos attacks on them betking was reporting this and some others aswell.
We had some ddos attacks too mostly on stake but nothing to serious and nothing lasting more than a day of laggy site.

Its weird that bitsler decided to shut down this long if its only ddos , they probably have some other issues like they mentioned.

Somebody said they should ask others that experienced this attacks for help, unfortunately we never had rly good relationship with bitsler and and they never asked us about anything.

Unlike others which always give us heads up of some scammers, ddos attacks or anything other going on their sites so we all are aware and we do the same. Thats why we are trying to start that Crypto gambling foundation.

Anyways im sure bitsler will handle this situation professionally.

So is Bitsler basically shutting down due to these attacks? Or are there other reasons for the shutdown such as regulations and what-not.

Really sad that the attacks lead to this and I wonder how many of the other casinos will take similiar actions.

Why don't you guys just use Cloudfare like most other websites. Or did you guys get attacked the same way as Bitfinex did earlier in the year, where you received massive spam deposits and it messed up your accounts and wallets.

Hopefully you guys go offline... find ways to maximize your security and come right back online.

Either way.... good luck to you and your future success.

Hmm.. Attacks should not necessarily lead to a shut down, should they? It's nice that Bitsler is trying to handle situation with utmost transparency. Good luck!

This is really sad to hear. We understand the situation. Many popular sites are getting DDoSed these days. Even in Primedice and Stake we have gone through this predicament. Bitsler is one of the popular online crypto casino available today, it is so sad to hear that they may shutdown due to this attack.
Hope you would clear all the problems and overcome this situation at the earliest. Good luck

We got hit by several Layer 7 attacks too at ethercrash.io, a simple cloudfare protection won't stop their massive attacks

As far as I know most of the casinos are under attacks quite regularly and security is (and should be) the top priority.

Anyway, good luck guys!
