How about those BTC balance that lower that the minimum withdraw for BTC how we can withdraw our funds?

We will deal with lower balances later on, we are giving priority to those bigger than minimum withdrawal on a first phase. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You are unable to login in the forums, their Twitter is as helpful as a potato, and their support email spams the same automated response that they will be refunding soon. If this goes on for more than a week, they probably will never refund.
