everyone knows that bitsler is best site for gambling and we can see a lot of progress in it now 3k+ member daily ,yeah there was one time when 9k+ user was online there but 3k+ user daily its not easy lot of promos and chat games 
Not only just good promotions but also need to provide a good support to gamblers needs then only gamblers will more comfortable to play on that site. Bitsler admin is providing a very good support help from the beginning which helped them to grow fast in this gambling industry.
That's needed even in different type of business, when the customer support is good they usually succeed because they will earn a loyal customers who like to patronize their services, and remember that gambling is a service industry so the support really matters.
Relatively low number of issues, very good support, nice design, good speed / responsiveness and most of all very active owner, I'm not worried for Bitsler for now.
What I find strange is that the number of gambling sites having all this is so small. I don't think that the real competition is that big.

Problem with gambling is that since there isn't any type of regulation. The only way users can feel safe is to use a site that has sufficient capital and a high userbase. There aren't that many bitcoin gambling sites that have this.
There might be 1000 different dice sites out there. But if someone won 10 BTC, what are the chances that the admin would let them withdraw that BTC or even if they had enough capital in their cold storage to cover it.
